Totally remodeled comfortable private Cosy Studio with private entrance. There are 8 steps downstairs. 1/2 block from University of San Francisco. Located in Queen bed, gas fire, desk and comfortable wingback chairs. Tastefully decorated heated walk in shower. The kitchenette area has a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, fridge, cups, plates, utensils . There is not a stove or oven for cooking meals. So you can prepare Breakfast to get your day started and go explore! Sorry no pets!

Come stay on the 1st floor of our beautiful 3-story house, complete with a separate entrance and private space including a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchenette. You will also have access to our laundry room and backyard garden, and you can use our kitchen upon request. Please note that, while we try to be respectful about noise, sound travels easily in our place. We also have two children and a cat, so you are likely to hear us at times. There is plenty of space in this unit. Which has private entrance, bedroom, living room , private full bathroom and small kitchen ( not for cooking). The unit is located on the ground floor of our single family house . It is one block from Golden Gate Park in the beautiful residential Richmond District. Walk to music festivals, museums, park and beach. Easy commute by public transportation or by Uber/Lyft/taxi No Parking offered No animal allowed! Airbnb gives exemption!
