Our 2024/25 extensively and energetically renovated bungalow is located on a 1000 m² sunny clearing in the forest and holiday area of Uelsen, surrounded by birches, pines and oaks. The area is quiet, beautiful for hiking and biking and not yet discovered by the general public. (so don't tell anyone...). The cozy Hanseatic cities of Zwolle, Deventer and Kampen are just around the corner. Heino is a village surrounded by estates, of which the Nijenhuis with museum is the best known. In short, peace, nature and culture.

In the beautiful Twente landscape in the middle of the Springendal nature reserve, a stone's throw from the German border and near the picturesque town of Ootmarsum, lies the Hoeve Springendal estate. You have one of the ten apartments that is fully, attractively and comfortably furnished. One of the apartments is furnished for four people. In our old granary, you can have a nice breakfast or lunch, we also have delicious freshly baked apple pie or a local special beer.

You have access to a fully furnished house with 2 terraces and garden. There is parking and the possibility to store and charge bicycles. Nearby are many cycling and hiking trails. In the house there are regional books, thrillers and games that you can use.
