Chalet holiday rentals in Goms District

A lovely chalet with three independent bedrooms and a spacious living room and kitchen. Everything was very clean. Just a few meters away, there is a free public swimming pool and a bouldering hall. The ski lift to Fiescheralp is within walking distance, though carrying boots, skis, and managing kids might make it feel like a bit of a trek. Alternatively, there is a train stop at the resort, which was quite convenient for us. The ski lift is just one stop away. The only drawback is that the chalet has only one bathroom. We were four adults and two children and mornings got a little hectic!

Rita’s apartment is very centrally located near the Grindelwald station. It was very comfortable with an extra storage room for ski equipment and suitcases. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and felt very much at home. Please note that like most places in Grindelwald there is a 30m elevation so those travelling by train with a lot of luggage should plan ahead. We highly recommend this home.

A fantastic stay in Nick’s wonderful chalet. Nick was helpful with my questions and very accommodating for arrival/departure. The house has everything you would need, and is cosy and comfy; parking down the road a little way was straightforward, and hikes from the door and/or the Aletsch area all easily accessible. We got the Explorer passes for train and gondolas which worked really well. Furka bar/restaurant also good for a visit and the Coop was very handy.

The cottage is beautiful and superbly decorated. The view and tranquility is fantastic too. The cottage is perfectly equipped and functional. It has lots of charm. The location is good if there is enough snow to get back from skiing to the chalet or to go down to the ski village. On the other hand, if it lacks snow, it becomes quite complicated, even if there is a ratrack who commutes in the morning and at the end of the day to the intermediate station of the cable car... Thanks to Jaap for hosting us in this beautiful place!

Thank you Marc and Franziska for your hospitality and kindness. The chalet was a gorgeous escape from London. The kitchen was fabulous for Christmas cooking and we enjoyed our relaxing stay. We hope to stay again and see more of Bellwald.

This was the second time we visited the Steevast, and I'm sure not the last one. This is a fabuolus place!

Second time we stayed at The Black Pearl and we are planning on coming back asap. The perfect house in the best location. Would highly recommend!

Jenny was so helpful and responsive. We opted to walk to and from the train station at arrival and departure, and had no problem. It is uphill from the train to the unit, but via a wide paved path, so navigating with luggage was okay. The views from every window are unreal. We enjoyed sitting out on the various balconies. Easy walk to the Wengen Männlichen cable car, with various incredible hikes setting off from the top. Would stay here again.

We have had a wonderful stay at Tatjana’s place. It is a beautiful home, very spacious, with a lovey eclectic interior that makes you feel at home instantly. All nice bedrooms, a well equiped kitchen, 2 areas where you can dine, 2 great living rooms (one with a nice fire place) and lots of practical areas (f.e. space near the entrance where you can leave your ski gear, a big laundry room etc.). You have two options to get to the house. You can walk the road where also the taxi would take you to the house or you have to walk about 100 steps to get to the road where you can walk into Wengen in about 10 minutes. The view is great, the house is at a beautiful spot. You can stay there very quietly and comfortable, but it is also close to Wengen and the more lively areas. Best of both worlds in our opinion.

I loved this chalet. It was tastefully decorated, cozy and lots of surrounding glass to enjoy the amazing view. The open layout was conducive to family gathering and the place had everything we needed. The only thing that caught me off guard was the location noted being near a ski lift leading me to believe it was ski in/ski out however the reality was you needed to make a 20 minute walk into town to retrieve your skis from a depot and take a train to the lifts from there. Regardless, even though the walking distance was less than convenient and a shuttle was offered, I absolutely loved the opportunity to start and end my days with the stunning surroundings it offered. We took the shuttle only once preferring to walk even after a long day of skiing and it never felt onerous. If you have physical limitations it might not be ideal but I would otherwise highly recommend this chalet and the location—I would absolutely book this place again. We had a great stay! The house was clean, cozy and well equipped. The hostess was very friendly, helpful and always available. Thanks to the quiet location and the loving furnishings, we were able to relax perfectly. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

Fantastic home and host. Very comfortable home for 2 families and very close and easy walk to everything! 20-30 seconds to bus stop… 1-2 minutes to Gemsstock Gondola… 3-4 minutes to cafes/bars/restaurants… 8-10 minutes to train station….

Great great host and experience

Berghaus Klondike was a top choice for our girls weekend. We were 11 people and there was nothing missing. Equipped kitchen, two refrigerators, clean rooms & bathrooms, a large dining room. The space is rustic and a full experience. Thomas & Deborah were always available & great hosts. Absolutely recommended!

Sandra’s place has everything we needed in our stay. It’s very clean, spacious and the view from the house was spectacular.

It was like home away from home surrounded by snow laden mountains and picturesque lake. Maria and her husband are great hosts. She spent great deal of time with us explaining nearby activities especially for kids. Our kids enjoyed tour to nearby caves and coloring activity at Bretterhotel . When we showed interest in going to watch new year celebrations and fire works, she went out of way and used her contacts to arrange complimentary parking for us in the heart of city (otherwise it was impossible to get parking in interlaken on 1st January). Excellent location, superb hosts!

Gabriella supported me in bringing my luggage to the room and let me use her kitchen with all of the cooking tools (spoons, ingredients, fruits, pots, cookers,...) The house and the room were decorated so beautifully and she really has a good taste! Every corner of the house and the garden in front of the room are very beautiful. There is a forest behind the house and a big blue lake in front of it. It's about a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and from there we can go to the Interlaken station. However, there was a disadvantage of the house that it was on the hill, so I had to bring two 20"-bags to go up the house T^T I nearly died of that =))) Generally speaking, I love the house and the experience I had here.

Absolutely beautiful studio in a lifetime memorable location. It was very easy to travel the area and return to the studio, all from public transit or walking. The bus station was four minutes easy walk from the studio will take you anywhere in the area. The clothes washer availability with soap, drying rack, and bed-mounted reading light were really helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

My stay at the property was excellent! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, and the host was very friendly and accommodating. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

The place once you live there, you will definitely enjoy all the details of the chalet; will feel blessed, joyful and at peace. The view was a dream view while the room offer even a greater view once you wake up. The kitchen and toilettes were fully equipped with all your needs.

We really enjoyed staying at Manuela's apartment. The lake views were amazing, room was neat and clean, well-furnished and of course Manuela is amazing, helpful host!

we had the most amazing stay at chalet egglen. the home was super clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a long stay. the beds were super comfortable and massive which is a huge plus point. But the biggest showstopper was the breath taking views 😍 it was so peaceful to sit outside looking out to the lake and being able to relax in the large hot tub or sit out on the patio with a glass of wine/beer watching the dear run past. markus was such an attentive host and was always at the other end of the phone if we needed something. we would 100% stay again in the future and we thank you for such an amazing stay! book this chalet, you will not be disappointed 😍 thank yiu again markus for such a beautiful stay.
