The separate bedroom has a comfortable new double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with two tables and bedside lamps, a large wardrobe with extra pillows/duvets if desired. For more than 2 people, there is now an additional bedroom with a new double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with 2 bedside tables and a sideboard. The bedrooms are connected by door. The apartment is equipped with towels, bath towels, shower mats, and bed linen. The apartment is ideally located close to Lake Lucerne and Lucerne Old Town. It is spread over two floors connected by a staircase. The upper floor impresses with beautiful, old wooden beams that preserve the original character of the building – however, please note that the beam height is relatively low, so people over 1.80 m should pay attention to their head. The quiet location overlooking the idyllic courtyard invites you to relax. The apartment is on the 2nd floor.

This 2.5-room flat close to the city, with free parking, is in a very quiet location on a cul-de-sac and surrounded by greenery. It is just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop and a 5-minute walk to the lakeside promenade. You can therefore reach the city of Lucerne in 8 minutes, or you can walk the entire way along the popular lakeside promenade in around 15 minutes. The house is old, and a faint musty odour can be detected, which very sensitive individuals should take into account when booking. The furnishing is modern.
