The separate bedroom has a comfortable new double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with two tables and bedside lamps, a large wardrobe with extra pillows/duvets if desired. For more than 2 people, there is now an additional bedroom with a new double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with 2 bedside tables and a sideboard. The bedrooms are connected by door. The apartment is equipped with towels, bath towels, shower mats, and bed linen. This 2.5-room flat close to the city, with free parking, is in a very quiet location on a cul-de-sac and surrounded by greenery. It is just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop and a 5-minute walk to the lakeside promenade. You can therefore reach the city of Lucerne in 8 minutes, or you can walk the entire way along the popular lakeside promenade in around 15 minutes. The house is old, and a faint musty odour can be detected, which very sensitive individuals should take into account when booking. The furnishing is modern.

A good bed awaits you and a warm stove lets you comfortably enjoy the time you spend with us. The house in the greenhouse is very well insulated and has a nice large wood-burning stove and a small electric stove. The walls are open with many windows. For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.
