The upper floor impresses with beautiful, old wooden beams that preserve the original character of the building – however, please note that the beam height is relatively low, so people over 1.80 m should pay attention to their head. This 2.5-room flat close to the city, with free parking, is in a very quiet location on a cul-de-sac and surrounded by greenery. It is just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop and a 5-minute walk to the lakeside promenade. You can therefore reach the city of Lucerne in 8 minutes, or you can walk the entire way along the popular lakeside promenade in around 15 minutes. The house is old, and a faint musty odour can be detected, which very sensitive individuals should take into account when booking. The furnishing is modern.
