Taepyeong-dong was the center of transportation and commercial district with the first Jeonju Station and Yeoncho Manufacturing Building in the past, and it was built in 1969 with 50m2 in the residential alley, a village of merchants, utilizing the flood and geography at that time. Nowadays, the buildings of the past are disappearing and apartments and modern buildings are being built, but Hwaeng () was designed as a private stay for reflection as it was at that time. The name "Hwa-yeong" was created by comparing the flower that lives between the asphalt and concrete buildings to a flower blooming in the asphalt. In order to embody the flower that runs through Hwaeng, it is expressed concisely and clearly without losing the balance of yin and yang, and the beauty of symmetry and modernity, based on the materials that embodied the image of the Korean flower in the past. A flower in the city center, it responds with that flower.

Owol is a lodging that has the convenience and comfort while still living in the style of Hanok. First, when you open the gate and enter, fresh flowers and trees will greet you. It's in a quiet alley, so at night you can escape the noise of the city and have a cozy time. There is a jacuzzi indoors, and there is also a kitchen where you can cook simple meals. It takes about 6 minutes to walk to the public parking lot in Hanok Village. There is no dedicated parking lot, but we will also guide you to a space where you can park for free in front of the house. You'll have a great time here without being disturbed by anyone else.
