Giorgi’s place felt like home away from home. We had a great time there and would certainly consider it if we ever get back to this area. It’s a 3-storey villa. There’s 8 bedrooms total, 4 on second and third floor each. 2 of them on each floor have smaller bathrooms and there’s also 1 bigger bathroom on the first floor. This brings total count of bathrooms to 5. The yard is well-maintained, with a newly installed pool that was cleaned and serviced daily by a local company. There’s also a nice covered bbq area so you can cook shashlik even when it rains. The yard also has a gazebo with some outdoor seating, enough for a big group (there was 11 of us). Overall, we’ve enjoyed our stay and would recommend Villa Georgiana

This is the lovely place for a family vacation or meeting with friends

We stayed in a brand new apartment, better then the one shown on the photos. It was clean and tidy. The host was friendly and helped us with everything that we needed. The location is good, close to the sea and shoppinng center. Good value for the money.

Fantastic house for a big family or a group of people. Swimming pool is great for kids. The only problem was with the street-racers on the road nearby at night, a bit noisy. In general, we loved the place and recommend it for sure!

I have spent an entire vacation-like month in this house and can share my experience in detail. Shortly: it was heavenly wonderful! First, the accommodation itself. The part of the house you will rent is spacious and very comfortable. It is more comfortable than many Airbnb places in Batumi City, actually. The house is excellent for chilling, reading, having long teas, and spending time with friends. Now about what's around. You can hike a lot!! From Kosopeli, you can quickly access Shavsheti Range, which goes both West and East. There are a lot of paths to explore, the main ones are present at OpenStreetMaps, but there are also unmapped ones for you to explore. Colchic forests cover the mountains: pure joy for those who love flora and wildlife. The hosts are amiable and helpful; dealing and communicating with them was an absolute pleasure! To sum: a terrific place for calm, restoring days — and endless options for hiking in enchanted Adjara forests among giant ancient trees.

We had a wonderful stay in this bungalow! The hosts and their family are incredibly warm and hospitable, making you feel right at home. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the view was simply breathtaking – the surrounding nature is a dream! The terrace and balcony are perfect for fully enjoying the surroundings. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere, and the hot tub is the ideal place to relax after a long day. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality – we will definitely be coming back!

Highly recommend. The accommodation is really nice,clean, with great views. Bare in mind that gps maps is not very accurate, there are several routes to the house, make sure to follow the host's instructions and signs on the road that start with "Kartal..", other routes could be dangerous and cars won't be able to pass. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and all necessities were available.

It was our perfect family reunion vacation. Location is quiet and peaceful. A little far from Batumi, but that what we were looking for. Beach with black sand was right behind the fence. You will need car or taxi to go to any grocery store. They also have family restaurant in walking distance (be prepared they accept cash only) Each room had anything for comfortable stay - shampoo, gel shower, soap, towels, wardrobes, fridges with drinks and snacks (extra pay). All rooms had TV and balconies with chairs and tables. Host was extremely responsive and always helped us with any needs - organizing dinner with fresh food cooked by company of cooks in front of you; also helped us with transfer to/from airport with good prices. Few minuses: little tricky washer, no microwave. Overall great stay and highly recommended host!

Lovely home with private property! Very clean house, big bright rooms. The surrounding area is landscaped, there is everything you need for your holidays. The view from the gazebo is great! The hosts are very friendly and welcoming - everything was told and shown. Comfortable sauna and swimming pool. A separate highlight of this place is the grotto - very unusual! We had a wonderful holiday in this wonderful place. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Stay is awesome. Very private place to enjoy the home away. Had all the amenities which needed. Very helpful and friendly people. Invited me for the coffee and very welcoming family. Helped out for everything whatever i needed. Had very pleasant and peaceful stay.

We went for two nights. We had a great rest, the house is the last one on the street, the nearest neighbors are very far away. Quiet, ok. The house, surprisingly, was well prepared for arrival. Everything is clean and tidy. We arrived in a low sedan - we got there without questions, the roads are no better, but good enough not to worry about clearance. Not a bad Pit for BBQ. The area is clean and green. A very high view from the panoramic window to the stars. In general, I am very satisfied, my money is definitely worth it. Tip - buy charcoal to throw in the stove for the night so that they give warmer longer. Local logs burn quickly. Many thanks to the host for such a magical place to relax!

Our stay at Woodhide was a true soul retreat. The location of the house is simply incredible: nature, fresh air and silence. The interior is stylish, thoughtful to the smallest detail, creating coziness and a feeling of complete relaxation. I was especially impressed with the bathroom with the hot tub – the perfect place to relax after walks. But the most valuable thing is people. The owners of the house put their soul into it and surrounded us with warmth and care, for which we are immensely grateful. They did everything to make us feel like home. Thank you for this wonderful experience – we will definitely come back again! If you are looking for a place where you can relax, enjoy the aesthetics and feel welcome – Woodhide is perfect.

absolutely wonderful experience. me and my partner got there by our own car but its incredibly sweet of the host to offet transfer from and to batumi. the views are breathtaking, bed is big and comfortable. sleeping under stars and moonlight was amazing. friendly puppy, cats and goats wondering around definetely help create an atmosphere of a peaceful runaway place. surprisingly big menu with all kinds of very reasonably priced meals. no need to worry about having something nice to eat while you're there. 14/14 recommend
