We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

Group location 7-16 pers, 7 persons is minimum to stay. You pay per person. Renovated authentic large country house 1907 in Amsterdam Lake district, Loosdrecht. Surrounded by beautiful lakes, woods, countryside. Close to city life 30 min from Amsterdam center and airport. Trainstation 10 min, taxi, Uber, busstop in front of house, 2 shopping centers 5 min by car, market 10 min. Central Holland, historical, terraces on the lakes, restaurants, watersport, boat, sup and bike rent, swimming.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Een goed toegeruste keuken, inclusief oven, vaatwasser en magnetron. Boven twee slaapkamers en badkamer met ligbad, douche en tweede toilet. Voorzien van fijne handdoeken en rituals bad-, douchebenodigdheden. Wasmachine en droger in separate ruimte, beschikbaar voor gebruik. Achter het huis een zonnige, ruime tuin. 2 fietsen staan klaar voor gebruik.

In the hall a separate toilet. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and separate mattresses, 1 bedroom / dressing room with single bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. 2nd floor: attic with washing machine (rest of the attic not available to guests). Large sunny backyard to the south. Private parking space at the front.

Casa Petite: holiday cottage with garden and parking

In a rural setting, in a unique place in the Randstad, is the Casa Petite vacation home. Originally an old barn, but renovated, preserved and equipped with every comfort. It is free-standing, has a private terrace with garden and private parking. Close by is a lot of culture, nature, beach and Amsterdam. Apartment near Amsterdam. Cozy, small private part of an apartment in a prime location in the city of Bussum. Only a 2 minute walk to the train station Naarden-Bussum. Amsterdam and Utrecht are 20 minutes away by train or car. The apartment is located near the center of Bussum with nice restaurants and shops. It is located in such a way that you are not inconvenienced by trains and traffic. There is a small private garden with garden furniture.

Superb thatched guesthouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Just 20-25 minutes from Amsterdam and Utrecht and in the heart of 'Het Gooi' within walking distance of the center of Laren. The guesthouse has a spacious living /dining room downstairs, a kitchen and a study room. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. The guesthouse has a private and beautifully landscaped garden with several seating areas and a barbecue.

Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the veranda. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.

Walking distance to the village centre 10min, supermarket 10min, harbour 10min, woods 5 minutes.
