For those passing by in the areas around Leksand, Falun and Rättvik. Take a break along the way and relax for a few hours in a peaceful newly renovated log house with the forest just around the corner. During the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships in Falun, we are renting out the cottage for two periods: 24 February to 1 March and 1 March to 8 March 2027 (minimum 6 nights). In winter, the house is perfect for a weekend in Bjursås mountain & lake for a few days on the ski slope. In the summer, Leksand Summerland, Dalhalla, Tällberg and much more are just a short drive away.

Sunnanäng Hilltop - cozy with amazing views

It's easy to thrive here! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive and clean towels are provided. This is a truly cosy 27-square-metre cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29-square-metre veranda offering stunning views of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private plot (5,000 m²) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and just as close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both in summer and winter.

The cottage has a small, well-equipped kitchen, toilet with shower and a practical hall. In the open living room there is a dining area, a spacious and comfortable bunk bed and a sofa bed. There is also Wi-Fi with good speed and a fireplace for cozy evenings. Patio under roof, with barbecue grill. You have access to the entire garden. The host family lives in the neighboring courtyard. Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Renting apartment. Newly built in 2019. 150 meters to Elljusspår, outdoor gym and start of Vildmarksleden. 1 km to Dössberets inn and fairytale path. About 5-10 minutes by car to Bjursås Berg and Sjö. 1,5 km walk to the ski center. 3 beds. (+2 sofa bed) Double bed, one single bed, plus two beds in sofa bed (suitable best for children). Wood-fired sauna is available. Can be purchased for cleaning and renting bed linen/towels. Smoke and pet free.

Old farm cottage in Bjursås

Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation. Travel back in time and experience life on a farm from the 18th century. Live in direct contact with nature without the comforts of modern society. Get drinkable water with a bucket from the farm well. Listen to the birds while you sit on the dry toilet. Heat water or food on the alcohol stove. Make a fire in the fireplace and maybe grill a sausage. Have a shower outdoors. Hike in the forest or lie down in the grass and look up at the sky.

Lugnets arena ligger endast 4 km bort. Upplev Skid-VM 2027 hos oss! Under denna evenemangsperiod erbjuder vi bokningar med en minsta vistelse på fem nätter. Huset är placerat på den lugnare sidan av stadion, vilket gör att du undviker det värsta trafiken vid tävlingarna. På gården finns hästar och katter.

Small apartment with kitchenette and a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. Under the sloping ceiling, there is a dining area with room for 5 people. Sofa bed 140 cm and double bed 180 cm. Extra mattress to put on the floor is available if you want. Towels and bed linen are included. Wi-Fi access. Outside there is a small patio with evening sun and a playhouse for the younger guests. If you would like/need to, there is an old bicycle to borrow.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.
