The house has a total of 3 bathrooms with 3 toilets. In the basement there is a Finnish sauna, a hot tub and a gym with a treadmill. In front of the house there is a large grassy, well-maintained area and 2 beautiful terraces. The side wall of the house from the entrance is equipped with a camera operating 0-24 hours, which monitors and records the gate entrance and the parking lot.

Well-equipped for a comfortable stay, with a parking space rented for one car on the street for our guests. The apartment is on the 4th floor, there is no elevator, but in return, an unparalleled panorama unfolds from the terrace, Székesegyház, TV tower, overlooking the city center.
