The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Cosy apartment in the historic centre of Grado

Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Kindly invited to our pleasant family house with four different size apartments. The apartment "Lavanda" is adjusted for a wheelchair. Each apartment has its own entrance and a covered terrace with a table and chairs. There is a wide variety of herbs and spices available to guests in our garden. In front of the house there is a free parking lot. It is also possible to store bikes or motor bikes, and to use a washing machine and a tumble dryer (extra charge).
