Our villa, is situated at Gurnard Marsh, 2 mins from the sea. It is a quiet location, has an enclosed garden, sea views and is in a great position to enjoy the amazing sunsets Gurnard is famous for. It is very close to Gurnard Luck where "crabbing" can be enjoyed. The living area is at the back and has lovely triple sliding doors onto the decking with views of the countryside. Outside dining and sofa's on the patios Onsite parking and more available on the road for free. There is cable wifi.

This room offers peace and tranquility whilst Ventnor Town is only 6 minutes drive away. The Villa is in a semi secluded area, 5 mins walk from the coastal path and a secluded bay, with many other walks in the vicinity and surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens with much flora and fauna. The area has it's own micro climate and is known as the English Med.

Enjoy sea views and stay only a few steps from the beach! 2 minutes walk from this delightful historic villa down our peaceful private road takes you straight onto the beach. You are also a short walk from various bars and close to the marina and the sailing club. The two gardens both get lots of use; the green front garden is bathed in sun in the morning, the rear garden has beautiful sunsets… eat in the rear garden or at the dining table for six. We also welcome well behaved dogs

The Albert deluxe studio is a large and really beautiful newly refurbed room with kitchenette, dining area, velvet chesterfield sofa, large bathroom with full bath and his and hers sinks. Very tastefully done with 2 double beds. Fridge, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and fresh milk as well as breakfast treats provided.
