Unik lägenhet mycket centralt!

Här bor ni centralt, det tar ca 5-7 minuter att gå till Avenyn. Två busslinjer precis utanför, buss 60 & 61. Trots att det finns många mysiga restauranger på gatan är det oerhört tyst här. Mycket rymlig och exklusiv lägenhet på våning 2, hiss finns. Köket är välutrustat och det går bra att låna kryddor etc. Saknar TV. Lägenheten är avsedd för max 4 personer. Liten balkong finns. Ni kan hyra lakan och handdukar för 150kr per person eller ta med själva. Ni kan endast boka 3-7 nätter.

Newly refurbished penthouse apartment with very high standard. With a big enough living room to fit both a dining table and sofa this is an apartment designed for socializing. The bedroom is very cozy with an en-suite bathroom. The open fireplaces and 65" TV with Netflix built in makes this place ideal for simply chilling out and relaxing. Välkomna upp till sjätte våningen, och varmt välkomna in till ett kvadratsmart hem med en helt unik design och gemensam takterass. (Tillfälligt avstängd) I Göteborg är Tredje Långgatan känd för sitt levande kultur-, butiks-, bar-, och restaurangliv. Här har du även närhet till naturen i Slottsskogen och Botaniska Trädgården. Med spårvagn så tar det ca 10 min till city. Om man vill åka på en skärgårdstur med båt så utgår dessa ifrån Stenpiren, 5 min bort. Välkomna!
