Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

This charming apartment has an open floor plan and all the usual amenities plus a few surprises that harken back to some of its past reincarnations. Holdovers include a letter press, a life-sized carousel horse, a metal peacock sculpture, and a golden mirror (that is 8 feet tall and 4-1/2 feet wide). A quirky mix of industrial and glam elements create a moody welcoming environment.
