Stay quiet on a farm only 10 min drive from Visby. Small cosy apartment in farmhouse, with limestone walls and a lot of charm. Food/barbecue area in the garden and bikes to borrow. Close to ICA Krampbroboden and Stora Tollby's farm shop, as well as cozy pizza place "Neighbours and weapons dragons". Bus to Visby or Slite 800m from the house. The farm has lambs, chickens, cats, dogs and horses. Fole is located in the middle of the island, which allows all excursions to be reached in a day trip. Converted and newly renovated limestone smithy located at the small parish road in Grötlingbo neighbor with the medieval Museigården Kattlunds. The house is part of our farmhouse where you have two separate secluded patios. Downstairs has a living room with limestone flooring with underfloor heating and large fireplace. A smaller kitchen area that is fully equipped as well as a bedroom with two beds in the bunk bed. The upper floor has a double bed with the possibility of extra bed. Newly built bathroom in extension with separate entrance.

From the living room you step directly out into the lush garden with roses, jasmine, lavender, etc. Breakfast in the green with birds chirping, barbecue evenings at sunset or just sit under the large chestnut with a great book. If there is a rain shower, there is a "greenhouse" roof to be found underneath. Or why not play boules on the track that's there? Attracts swimming, so it's close to a string of sandy beaches.

Welcome to this bright and cozy apartment, upstairs of the old school building. It is about 100 sqm, consisting of kitchen part and dining area, two bedrooms, as well as shower and toilet. The apartment is accessed via the stairs inside the property. The apartment can also be reached via fire escape on the outside of the property. As tenants, you have your own upstairs. The ground floor of the schoolhouse houses art studios, apartment as well as salsbibliotek. You have access to your own large garden park.

Skradarve Smedjan

Come and experience what its like to live on a dairy farm! Myself and my husband run a farm with roughly 200 cows on the south of Gotland. You will be staying in the Old Smithy that is a traditional lime stone house with underfloor heating and a large cosy fireplace. There is a double bed upstairs and a bed couch for 2 downstairs. Firewood, bedsheets and breakfast can be arranged :) Please remember that this is a working farm so smells and noises can be expected.

It is located in the middle of Gotland in Hejde parish, near the forest, surrounded by open landscapes. From here, it is easy to get around the island. On this farm, horse activities are conducted, where there may be some activity that you can take part in.
