Holiday rentals with lake access in Gotland County

We enjoyed our vacation with two children (4 and 8 years) very much. The house is beautiful and well equipped, there is really everything there! Numerous games for indoors and outdoors. The garden is very large with many seats and hammock, umbrellas, grill and large terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped, with plenty of dishes and a dishwasher. We also used the washing machine in the garage. Linens are not provided, but there was the possibility to rent them on site at a hotel for a fee. The location is perfect, absolutely quiet and only 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful natural beach. There is a small supermarket and a few restaurants/cafes, but not all of them were open at the end of August (especially in the evening). To Visby about 45 minutes by car. Great place to stay for a quiet and relaxing time on Gotland!

An absolute dream house! In a unique location with stunning garden to play for the kids and direct access to the beach. Every morning there was a morning bath in the sea. The house is very clean, loving and decorated with lots of details. Especially the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could ask for - even baking cakes and waffles is possible! Monica received and said goodbye to us in a very friendly way. We immediately felt at home and had a fantastic week. Next time we'll come longer! Many thanks to Monica.

We had a wonderful holiday at Sanna's house. The home was charming, personal, and completely met our expectations. The location is really gold, with wonderful sea views which we enjoyed every day from the generous terrace of the house. Sanna responded quickly to our questions and was accommodating and pleasant. We would love to come back!

Sebastian’s place is very cozy and has very pleasant familiar feeling. I recommend it more to bigger groups, We were just two of us, and it was maybe even to big for us. But experience from the place was lovely. Sebastian communicates great and everything was allright.

A very nice house, very beautifully decorated open and bright! Clean and cozy. The house met all our expectation. The location is amazing, you can hear the sea, it is a few minutes walking distance to Sandviken beach, Sysne - and Herrviks Hamn is also nearby , also Grogansberget and Katthammarsvik is easily reachable. The landlord Jonas is easily accessible, very friendly and caring. We had two lovely weeks! What a wonderful place! Thank you so much! We hope to come back next summer! Functional and relaxing apartment, beautiful terrace, close to a very endearing historic town.

Incredibly proactive and good at responding, even well before our stay. The home was magical and brightened our time on the island. Tips are to rent bikes or walk along more boardwalk instead of driving a car to Visby inner city. Five pluses!

Rustic and romatic apartment with plenty of space, the place is quiet and cozy, but it must be expected that you have to drive 25-50 km to the different sights on Gotland. We had a great time in the scenic surroundings and it was really a week where we got a little slow down and just able to enjoy the holiday It was our first stay on Gotland, but definitely not the last, and Charli's apartment we would love to come back to

The apartment itself, the location, the views and the pool are ideal for two adults possibly with two children. Our 17-year-old son was bothered by the fact that the 2nd bedroom had no door, only a curtain. The 3rd bedroom could not be completely darkened. There was only a slatted curtain. Access to the apartment takes some getting used to. Pictures are not published in the listing. We enjoyed the amenities very much. A teapot and a clothes rack would have completed it. The wardrobes were mostly occupied. You can take nice tours with the bikes. Visby is within easy reach. The beautiful beach is a few minutes' walk away. The Wi-Fi worked very well. The heated pool on the roof of the house was also ideal. The apartment is highly recommended. Communication with Sandra was very pleasant, she responded quickly to our questions.

So nice part of southern Gotland and a very nice apartment! Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed walking distance to restaurant and the ocean! Host responded promptly to our inquiries. Would love to go back to Burgsvik.

Leonie and Tobias have a wonderful house. We are so glad we got to rent this gem. The cottage was absolutely spotless and superbly well equipped, both out on the terrace and indoors. The garden with its natural plot was a real oasis where you heard the sea roaring in the background, perfect for morning coffee, dinner or cube evenings. The hammock between two pine trees was a lovely bonus where above all our teenage children took the chance to rest with a screen after a hard (?) day at the beach. There was also an outdoor shower that we used every day to rinse off the sand before entering. The house got quite warm in its south facing position, but it was fine to air out at night. Tip! Bring bikes. We wished we did. It would have been perfect to not have to take the car to e.g. the bakery or Ekeviken. (However, there is a bike rental at the campsite in Sudersand.)

The nice little beach cottage is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed the sea and the beautiful sunsets from the terrace. A lovely place that we have hidden in our hearts❤️ In the cabin, everything was clean and tidy. And there was everything we needed. The friendly and sympathetic host, Göran, greeted at check in. So it worked out easily. A truly unique and wonderful place.

We had a wonderful Christmas here in Visby in this incredibly charming old house. Super cozy and nicely renovated completely in our style. Extra magical with the ring wall in the garden. Great location at Österport, close to everything. The cabin book we got contained all the info you needed from check-in codes, wifi and heat to tips on restaurants. We had a little difficulty finding the bins and parking our Volvo 740 in the yard but parking was close at hand so it wasn't a problem. We are incredibly happy with our entire stay here and can really recommend both accommodation and host.
