Holiday rentals with a sauna in Goulburn River

We had a great stay! The place is nice, clean, and well-maintained. The location is very strategic—close to everything we needed. We stayed in the 2-bedroom unit, which comfortably fit 5 people with the help of an extra air mattress provided by the host. Dior and James were very helpful and always easy to reach, which made the stay even more pleasant. Just a small note—one of the doors could use a bit of fixing, and the internet connection could be improved. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The apartment was wonderful, we enjoyed the space and the balcony so much. Rod sent us everything ww needed to know ahead of time and responded quickly each time i had questions on transportation or other things. There was even coffee and tea and atarter supplies, which was very appreciated! Well located to catch the free trams and also just to walk to the river, and so many places to eat very close. It was a perfect week there.

Fantastic location, impressive views and spotlessly clean. We loved our stay and will be recommending this apartment to anyone visiting Melbourne. The location is so convenient: opposite Coles (open until 11pm) so we could grab supplies even with a late flight arrival. There is also a liquorland, chemist & plenty of fast food and restaurants right outside. A tram stop is right out the front as well as the train station (you can easily get the airport shuttle bus). China Town is close by so some great meal options. We were able to walk to Queen Vic Markets, Southbank, Holey Moley, Bourke St Mall, Emporium & District Shopping Centres. The proximity to the tram easily got us to the Docklands, Aquarium, ACMI, Upside Down House, DFOs & also to the Comedy Festival at Fed Square and Melbourne Town Hall. The uninterupted views from every room were spectacular, floor to ceiling windows & so high up! So good not to look in to another building and to see where we explored each day.

Guoyun was extremely helpful and responsive. Although the parking spot took a while to find, the instructions were detailed and we made it into the place just fine. The apartment was stunning, very clean and more spacious than we thought. Would highly recommend for anyone coming to Melbourne!

Location, location, location. Centrally located in the CBD on the 10 floor with nice views of the city from the balcony. The common living space was small but doable for 5 adults. The place is very clean and modern. Nice washer and dryer. The minor complaint is that the bedroom off the kitchen has a glass door so if the light is on in the kitchen or common living area the bedroom has light in it (might effect those sensitive to light when sleeping). The instructions for check in and check out were clear and concise, and easy to follow. Overall, this place was awesome and we would recommend it without any hesitation.

The apartment is well located with many restaurants and amenities very nearby. There is a Coles supermarket within walking distance. The smaller room in the apartment has not windows that open to the outside but a glass window panel looking into the living room. The apartment is bright, neat and clean. However, you have get the keys from a convenience store about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Not a big issue just have to find a place to temporary park your car to collect the keys, which can be a little challenging in the middle of Melbourne city. Getting to the building carpark and then to the building is a little confusing but Peter provide good instructions. However, we still find ourselves lost getting out of the carpark because there is no clear signages. Overall we have an nice stay and an enjoyable time in Melbourne.

Absolutely loved our stay at Claire’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Claire was such a lovely and accommodating host that was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The Airbnb itself was incredibly cute and cozy, with thoughtful touches throughout and all the amenities we could have asked for including, milk, wine, and some snacks. The location was also perfect — right next to Southern Cross Station, which made getting around the CBD a breeze. 10/10 experience, would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Melbourne.

We had a great stay. The location was fabulous, right in the city easy access to free zone trams and train stations. The apartment was great everything we needed for our family and 2 bathrooms was a bonus for a family of girls. Highly recommend and we will be back to stay again. Thank you Victoria.

Great central location. Car park is very tight but that is the building design and nothing to do with the parent itself. Don’t use with large car. The location. Was fantastic!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely 3-bedroom apartment. The view of the Melbourne city skyline through the big corner windows was amazing. The space had a calm and stylish feel with a mix of Japanese and Scandinavian design. We especially loved the hidden balcony off one of the bedrooms—perfect for a quiet morning coffee. The location was great, just across from Queen Victoria Market and in the free tram zone, so it was easy to get around. The owner made the whole process extremely easy, and check-in was simple with the keys just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the building’s great facilities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and secure parking. It really felt like a home away from home. Would happily stay again!

My group and I had an incredible stay at Chee and Taras’ place! From the moment we booked, communication with them was smooth, prompt, and stress-free. Check-in was effortless, and the house itself was clean, beautifully styled, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. Chee and Taras truly went above and beyond with the thoughtful touches throughout. From providing pantry staples in the kitchen, cleaning supplies, and toiletries; to a downstairs speaker, extra linens, blankets, and pillows; a prepared fireplace with firewood and clear sauna instructions — everything was thoughtfully provided to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The house is also very spacious. With a group of 12 adults, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax without ever feeling cramped. Overall, we had an amazing time and I’d absolutely recommend Chee and Taras’ place to anyone looking for a perfect stay in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming countryside house! The location by the river was perfect for our ski trip, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house was cozy and spacious, with three beautifully decorated bedrooms and a lovely open fireplace that made our evenings so relaxing. We had a great time. The house was large enough for 2 families to have plenty of space. The house and kitchen were well resourced and the children loved the back yard. Mansfield is beautiful and well worth a visit!

We stayed here with three families and had such a wonderful time. The sauna and pool were well used by all. The living spaces had more than enough room for 12 to for comfortably. There were spaces for kids and adults to be doing their own things. The aspect and views are spectacular!

We were in the Yarra Valley for a family wedding. The house was perfect for a group getting ready for a wedding. The bedrooms are large. There are 2 living spaces and 2 outdoor spaces, giving ample seperation so no one felt on top of each other. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The area was very quiet which was perfect for us. The surrounding area is very picturesque and well located for the various functions that we attended. The house was very clean.

Lakehouse 61 is a fantastic home for a family. Spacious, nicely decorated and with a brilliant view over Lake Mulwala. The outdioor entertaining area is brilliant with a fantastic BBQ and Pizza Oven...... we used both. The kitchen is well equipped....you dont need to bring any kitchen gear whatsoever. The lounge area is homely and so comfy. TV, Foxtel, games galore, XBox 360, arcade games, table tennis, canoe and paddle boards for on the lake. 4 big bedrooms and two big bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again. It suited our weekend away with 6 of us perfectly.

Oliver’s Cottage was in a very peaceful quiet cul de sac a few minutes walk from the main street of Yarra Glen. It’s beautifully styled accommodation and the outside deck with spa and sauna plus state of the art BBQ and pizza oven is a highlight. We had 10 people staying the weekend for our daughter’s wedding and luckily after a night of heavy rain, we had a stunning fine day for the big celebration. Hopefully the leak in Bedroom 1 will be attended to before the next downpour! I highly recommend the cottage for a large group for a comfortable and relaxing weekend away.
