Parking is paid at the foot of the building during the day, or permanently free 450 meters away. This accommodation, with excellent value for money, is ideal for remote work or tourism.

Bioclimatic and ecological habitat, our small wooden house is ready to welcome you and bring you rest and pleasure for the eyes. 35 square meters all in wood or almost clad and panelled with thuja and cypress wood from a local sawmill, it is insulated with cellulose wadding. Everything has been thought out and custom designed to create a small cozy and bright cocoon. The sea view from the terrace and balcony invites you to explore the bay of Audierne.

This small house is located 30 meters from the port of Tréboul, in a historic fishing district, with its pretty alleys. The accommodation is close to all the shops on the harbor, the market square (Wednesday and Saturday), the beaches, the thalasso, the sailing school, the Port-Museum, the city center of Douarnenez by the footbridge, and the GR 34. And allows you to discover everything on foot. Douarnenez is the perfect base for day trips in Finistère.

Welcome to Douarnenez, the city with 3 ports (Port du Rosmeur, Port Rhu and Port de Tréboul). Our apartment is conveniently located on the quays of the Port du Rosmeur with its cafes, restaurants, and warm atmosphere. You also have a beach where you can swim. The city center, Les Halles, the bus, are within a 5-minute walk. An unmissable walk awaits you from the apartment: the Plomarc'h coastal path that connects the Port du Rosmeur to Ris Beach.

You'll love my place because of the view and comfort. It is good for couples. My accommodation is located at the RHU Port near Tristan Island and the marina of Tréboul. You can access the city centre of Douarnenez, the beach, the 3 ports of Rosmeur, RHU and Tréboul on foot. Close to bars and restaurants and in Tréboul, the thalassotherapy centre. My apartment is on the 3rd and top floor. For parking no problem 2 free car parks nearby.

Our accommodation is close to Quimper 13 km, Locronan 6 km, Douarnenez 12 km. The sea is 10 km away. Located in the countryside (N48°3'47'' W4°12'39' ) 2.5 km from shops, you will find a rich architectural heritage in the surroundings. Our accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travellers but unfortunately not for the disabled because it is upstairs. About 1 km away you will find the greenway that connects Quimper to Douarnenez

Located on the 2nd and top floor, in a quiet residence overlooking the port rhu, 51 m2 furnished tourist apartment. You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Please note, the garage is very small (see pictures).
