Swimming pool. Excellent location 30 km from Viseu, 50 km from Torre da Serra da Estrela, 9 km from Gouveia, 27 km from the historic village of Linhares da Beira. Cozy and private little house for a perfect routine escape into nature.

My place is close to the Tower/ski resort (about 15 minutes). The house is located in a mountain village, at an altitude of 1100 meters, and is considered the highest village in Portugal - Sabugueiro. Within a 10 km radius, there are several lagoons and river beaches, such as Vale do Rossim and Lagoa Comprida, Loriga and the village's own beach. My space is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

A traditional stone villa is viewed through olive branches, showcasing its rustic architecture. The inviting private pool reflects clear blue water, while sun loungers are positioned nearby on a wooden deck, creating a serene outdoor space for relaxation.

The house is on the edge of the village without any opposite. The house is close to activities suitable for families with a multi-activity center (tree climbing, mini golf, zip line, etc.). It is located on the edge of the Serra da Estrela natural park, where many natural activities are possible (canoeing... You will enjoy a panoramic view of the mountain in the calm and modern comfort. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests of the house.

A fully restored rambling home of around 400 sqm full of wonderful original features and modern conveniences. *Why no reviews?* We've just finished renovating this beautiful house for Airbnb so haven't had any guests yet.
