The pool is SHARED. We have other guest house in the farm. This granite walled cottage fits up to four people.There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with a warm fire place and great views. We have on the first floor an independent studio for 2 People. There is also a pool (shared!) and a Pétanque field for the summer days. The highlight is the nature. You'll stay at the Serra da Estrela Natural Park, with 27 hectares of property to explore.

Vale da Forna is a family farm of about 27 hectares. For the past 20 years, we have been working to restore its ancient granite-walled shepherds' cottages to convert them into guest-houses .We continue to work on regenerating the farm's natural landscape and biodiversity. There is a swimming pool and a pétanque court. Surrounded by trees, the property is located inside the Serra Da Estrela Natural Park, and is the perfect hub to explore the mountainous region and its natural beauty.

At the foot of the Serra da Estrela, this beautiful family retreat has been located for over a century. We have eight bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 18 guests, a dining room, two living rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, swimming pool and sports field. We offer you the possibility to rent the entire house and have complete privacy. Our rental has 5 shared bathrooms (3 fully equipped bathrooms on the first floor, a toilet on the ground floor and one near the pool).

It is located on the edge of the Serra da Estrela natural park, where many natural activities are possible (canoeing... You will enjoy a panoramic view of the mountain in the calm and modern comfort. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests of the house.
