Lovely apartment & within walking distance to city centre. The host gives clear instructions, is always responsive, & goes the extra miles to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible — highly recommend!

The location is amazing. You can easily find the museums you want to see and the flavors you want to taste nearby. Duygu's a very friendly person. She told us everything in the area before we asked. A wonderful house to stay with friends. And a great host.

A top accommodation, a whole experience

This was a beautiful place. It was much better than I imagined. It is the first Ike staying at a boat house and I don’t think we could have got a better experience. Both Rob and Karin were very responsive and took care of our needs immediately. The bedroom above is very spacious. Only thing to note is that the bathroom is only downstairs. It worked out fine for us. I highly recommend this place for a stay for max 3 people.

Thomas's apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Amsterdam, the rooftop terrace is a real treat when the weather is nice.

We stayed at Michiel's place for 3 nights and loved the apartment and the location. A ten minute walked got us to the Metro and the ride to the center of town was about 15 minutes. One day we decided to walk back from town, about 35 minutes and it was very pleasant. A Lidl grocery store is a 5 minute walk. Michiel was very responsive to our questions and gave us excellent answers. Appreciated the 1.5 baths, meaning, one bathroom had toilet and sink and the other had shower, tub and sink. If you plan on watching tv, you will need to download chromecast, but why watch tv when you can enjoy Amsterdam. Nice outside patio too. We would definitely stay there again.

I absolutely loved my 3 week stay here, it has everything you could need. It instantly felt like home and includes many small details that makes your stay easy and pleasant. You can really tell that Han's has given good thought and care into the space. He is an absolutely wonderful host that I hope to stay with again in the future. The location is amazing, as other reviews has said, it's the perfect distance from the city center/centraal station(10-20min). Even if you don't feel like going that far, there are many delicious restaurants within 1 block. Grocery stores, museums, the zoo and plenty else to do within 3 blocks! During the day the neighborhood is lively and active, but it never feels overcrowded. There's a constant stream of pedestrians, bicyclist, bridge raises, and boats passing in the canal to watch. During the night it a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Bonus points for stable and fast wifi and an awesome hot shower. You won't be disappointed staying at Han's😁👍

Wonderful appartement in a very nice loaction, you can relax around the farm, Abcoude is a cute little town just a 15min walk away and you can get very easily to Amsterfam by train. We have enjoyed our stay and have spent a great time there.

We’ve enjoyed staying at Gerrit’s place. Host was friendly and communicated well. House has a lovely little garden 🏡, and beautiful surroundings 🌳🏡. It’s a peaceful neighborhood! highly recommended :)

We had a great time at the cottage in Landsmeer! Everything was great – the house was very clean, well equipped and cozily furnished. The location is quiet yet close to Amsterdam which was perfect for excursions. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the accommodation was perfect, spacious, clean, well presented, comfortable. The games room and bikes were a nice bonus. The location was great for Amsterdam central, Leon and his family were happy to help with taxi service and it made it a super easy experience. It was also nice to come to a much quieter area to stay and escape the busy city. Leon answered all of our questions, explained everything well, you couldnt ask for more from an air BnB stay.

Mati's canal home apartment was an ideal location for seeing Amsterdam & for a girl's weekend catch up. Mati is a fantastic host. Her flowers made her door extremely photo worthy and the space was larger than we expected. In addition, she suggested an excellent lunch spot for our onward journey to Delft. We hope to be back!

This was such a wonderful find just outside of the hustle of Amsterdam! The house was clean, easy to enjoy with a family. Close to the beach, store, transportation. Quick tram ride to the heart of the city but a nice escape from it. Communication was excellent and Guido made everything easy!

The house is an absolute dream! Beautifully located in the countryside, super cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – really cute. I could have moved in right away! Especially the modern bathroom with the great bathtub is a highlight. Practical things like the washing machine are also stylish and unobtrusively integrated. All in all, an all-round beautiful home away from home. We will definitely be back! 🥰

Helena is a great and hospitable host and she made us feel welcome right away. The location is hard to beat, with tons to do in the immediate area and all of the major areas of the city reachable within a 30 minute walk.

Me and my girlfriend spent a weekend in Amsterdam and we really enjoyed our stay in Alies appartment. The appartment was cozy designed and the neighbourhood was quiet but with many restaurants and bars to visit. The hosts were helpful and the check-in went smoothly. 5/5!

We had an amazing stay at Ingrid’s place. She was a fantastic host, even meeting us in person when we arrived (which we really appreciated), and she shared great local tips for food and sights. The bright, clean suite had everything we needed, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've had at an Airbnb. We loved the back garden and sitting by the canal out front. Ingrid provided two bikes, which we used daily—it was an easy 5–8 min ride to the ferry, then less than 5 min across to central Amsterdam. Shops, groceries, and restaurants were also just a short bike ride away, and a metro station was nearby (about a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride). After busy days exploring, it was so nice to return to Ingrid’s home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone wanting to experience both the city and a peaceful local neighborhood. Thanks again Ingrid!

Lovely apartment in a nice quieter location close to a couple of parks. Walkable to most of the sights and great restaurants. We had a very comfortable stay and Deborah is a great host, always available if needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay in beautiful Amsterdam.

Words cannot express how lovely Joze’s place was! She met us upon arrival and gave us a tour, and we immediately felt right at home! She was extremely helpful and communicative! The home is located in a fantastic quiet neighborhood with walking distance to everything Amsterdam has to offer! The home is filled with Joze’s artwork and it makes for stunning finishing touches! We cannot wait to come back to Amsterdam and hopefully have the opportunity to stay at her place again! We had the BEST time!

Second stay at Monique's apartment in less than a year. Nice apartment very well maintained, very bright, in the North sector of Amsterdam, away from the crowds of tourists, but very easy to access to the tourist center of Amsterdam. In addition, the apartment is very safe, nicely decorated, bedding, down and quality towels. We recommend this apartment without hesitation and we plan to return if we have a chance.
