Ga er heerlijk tussenuit in dit rustgevende centraal gelegen appartement. Het heeft een mooie ruime woonkamer en fantastisch buitenterras gericht op het zuiden. Het complex heeft een gemeenschappelijke tuin aan het water aan de artistieke grachten van Schiedam. Durf jij een duik te nemen? Het appartement bevindt zich op de rand van het centrum, met een paar minuten wandelen bevindt u zich in het historische centrum. Via het openbaar vervoer/auto/fiets bent u in 15 tot 20 minuten in Rotterdam.

Beautiful, cozy/finished whole attic floor at the second floor. Situated at Rotterdam South with a splendid view to park. Layout: Ground floor: entrance 1 stairway up and you will find your entrance to the attic floor. 2e entr/stairway, separated toilet, on your right entrance to the living room with wooden floor sofabed, big seperate open kitchen with entrance to separate bathroom (shower). through the hall/kitchen you will find the bedroom leftside. Breakfast is not included. Paid parking.

Prachtige moderne studio in centrum Rotterdam

Studio 93 is gelegen in een dynamische wijk vol hippe restaurants, koffiebarren en winkels. Vanaf het appartement loop je binnen 15 minuten naar het hart van de stad en centraal station. Naast een heerlijk ruim tweepersoonsbed is er veel kastruimte, maar ook een slaapbank voor 2 kinderen (140x190). Hier staat ook een beamer met chromecast. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met onder meer een nespressomachine en een oven. Het appartement is zelfstandig bereikbaar via een smalle en steile trap.
