My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Wir nutzen das Haus selbst noch häufig, weshalb es über eine voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt. Freut Euch auf zwei Bäder, zwei Elternschlafzimmer, zwei Jugendschlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Lounge für Kinoabende.

Die Entenkoje bietet euch ein einmaliges Naturerlebnis im Naturpark Märkische Schweiz. Ihr benötigt keinen Führerschein und könnt das Boot ohne Vorkenntnisse fahren. Im Boot erwartet euch ein gemütliches Doppelbett mit Blick auf den Sternenhimmel. An Bord gibt es einen kleinen Gaskocher mit Kaffee, Tee und dem nötigen Zubehör – perfekt für euer Frühstück direkt auf dem Wasser. Unsere 70 m² große Gästewohnung (2 Zimmer, Küche, Bad und großer Garten) in idyllischer Lage am Rande des Niederoderbruchs bietet Raum für Erholung und Landleben.Auf unserem Hof leben viele Tiere. Ein Badesee im Dorf ist fußgängig erreichbar - die Alte Oder, Wald, Wiesen und Felder laden zum Naturerlebnis und einfach nur "Seele baumeln lassen" ein. Geeignet auch für Aktiv-Urlauber*innen, Radler*innen und besonders Familien mit Kindern. Alles ist da :-)

„Weniger ist mehr“ – So lautet eine der goldenen Regeln für gute Gestaltung, von der wir uns bei der Restaurierung unseres Hofes in der Uckermark leiten ließen. Zum Birkenhof gehören mehrere Hektar Land mit Wiesen, Obst- und Gemüsegarten und unserem kleinen Birkenhain, der dem Hof seinen Namen gab. Das Bauernhaus eignet sich ideal für Familien oder kleine Gruppen. Das Bauernhaus kann auch zusammen mit dem Stallgebäude und Waschhaus gemietet werden.

Holzhütte im idyllischen Naturpark

Im Naturpark der Märkischen Schweiz, im hübschen Waldsieversdorf, steht unsere Holzhütte auf einem separaten Grundstück. Es liegt idyllisch am Waldrand des Stöbbertals. Die Holzhütte ist voll isoliert, so dass ihr hier auch im Winter gemütlich wohnen könnt. Es gibt einen 7 KW Kamin, der euch mit ein paar Scheiten Holz angenehme, langanhaltende und wohlige Wärme spendet. Außerdem gibt es im Bad einen Stromheizkörper.
