Please respect with the apartment as well as neighbors respectful and quiet. The apartment is a non smoking apartment and no parties are allowed. I live in the same house opposite and am always reachable if there are any questions or problems. The subway U8 Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away on foot. The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse flat with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

The apartment is located in a newly renovated remise from the year 1900 in Berlin. The house can be accessed via the front house at Mittenwalderstrasse 8 and is located in the quiet courtyard. The 70 square meter apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by a staircase. The heart is the large, bright kitchen with generous amenities and a dining area.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in the heart of Kreuzberg. Surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, bars and only a short walk to the Landwher Canal.
