Sa grande terrasse exposé pleins sud, légèrement ombragée offre un espace de détente très agréable. Une place de parking privée est prévue dans la résidence sécurisée. L’appartement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel à la sortie de la ville tout proche de l’accès autoroute, A709 et A75. De plus la ligne 11 de bus et le tram a 7 minutes en bus.
