Holiday rentals with beach access in Grad Hvar

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at Tamara's place in Hvar. When we got there, we were greeted by Tamara's husband, Franco, who showed us the apartment. It's a clean studio with a fantastic balcony and view, only a 5-minute walk to the beach, a famous Hula-Hula Bar, and about 15 minutes to the town area. Franco and Tamara were extremely hospitable, very communicative, and always quick to respond should we have any questions. I'd definitely stay with them again if we came back to Hvar to have a great time.

What a beautiful place to stay. Perfect for people who want to be close to the water and be in a quiet area. Walkable distance to town and great restaurants. Just make sure you can do steps. Such a nice host. Always interacting and helpful giving all kinds of recommendations. She is always one phone call away if she is not on premises. Very easygoing, amazing host. Will definitely recommend her place

Definitely a 10/10. The studio apartment is of a high standard (no wonder Jozo, the host, has lived there the past three years), very clean, with all the amenities one can need and more. The balcony with the palm tree & sea view is just stunning. We are looking forward to returning and would not hesitate to book the studio apartment again.

Cannot recommend this air Bnb enough! Natali goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The beds were comfortable, lots of extra beach towels, the balcony is the best part! We loved breakfast from the balcony overlooking the water and really enjoyed the 15 minute walk to town which was very easy. There are a few stairs, but we were glad to not be staying in the old town with all the masses. This feels much more local, while still be very convenient. We will be back !

Rino was an exceptional host and his apartment was perfectly situated with a picturesque view of the islands. From the moment we met, Rino showed us his kind nature picking us up from the bus station and taking us to the apartment. During our stay, Rino assisted us with laundry which was much appreciated during the heat. We took on board some recommendations from our lovely host, including our visit to Hula Hula bar and hiring a smart car from a local. Thank you Rino, for your exceptional hospitality and your kind nature.

Great spot to land and explore Hvar. Well stocked with essentials, and a beautiful walk to the main part of town made our stay very comfortable.

Giuliana and Marin’s place is impeccably clean with an amazing view from the balcony. We had such a pleasant time at their place. The location is so accessible from the town, with a supermarket right in front of their house. Its so nice to be in an airbnb where everything is so neat and clean. Highly recommend. Giuliana and Marin are also super responsive and caring hosts!

The apt is very spacious and private with bedrooms being in opposite sides of the main living area. It’s very quiet and the location couldn’t be better. Thanks to a new noise ordinance, the Hula Hula bar is no longer a noise issue. The walk down the steps to the sea is easy and there’s plenty of room for beach chairs which are supplied as well. I would def come back here again

A beautiful apartment with fantastic sea views. Peaceful, very comfortable and a short flat 20 minute walk into central Hvar. Ante and his family were lovely, so helpful and gave great recommendations. We would definitely stay again - close enough to enjoy the town but far enough away to avoid the noise and hustle. Perfect!

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The apartment is quite a way up a hill and 75 steps when making your way from the town, but kept the fitness levels up!!! We loved the feature mirror on the large balcony and the sunsets were amazing. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Lovely spot in Hvar! Perfect for our group!

We spent a week at this beautiful lower level condo. Had a great view and walkable to town of Hvar and the beach. We did have a car so we did explore other beaches throughout the Island. We loved the fast food restaurant right next door and the shaded parking.

Do not hesitate to book this place! Maja was awesome when it came to checking in and out, the place itself was gorgeous and extremely clean! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was not only beautiful but had perfect water pressure! The house is a 20min walk from the center and the views are so amazing the walk feels much less! As for the views, they are to die for! You also have access to the water right in front of the house. We loved this space and will 100% be booking again if we ever come back.

We really enjoyed our time at Marco’s apartment. The view was beautiful from the balcony with stunning sunsets over the water. The amenities were clean and working which allowed us to spend our 3 nights as though we were at home. The walk to the main part of town is easy but there are also supermarkets and restaurants much closer for when you don’t want to walk. We would recommend staying here.

Great location, clean, and inviting. Felt right at home on arrival. WiFi and AC worked great which was really helpful navigating the area and AC was incredible during the heat wave going on. The host provided directions to the apartment in picture form which came in handy when we arrived off the ferry, didn’t have a way to navigate at the time. Host was accommodating and responded quickly. Couldn’t ask for more!

Antonia propose à very nice apartment, very spacious with all you need within. It is located in a secluded little village, with access to nice beaches. Antonia welcomes you in person , which is very rare nowadays in Airbnb rentals, and gives you useful information and also she is there too when you leave. Antonia is a great host, we’ve loved staying at her apartment. We definitely recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay! Ivona was very accommodating. The room was very clean and there are beautiful views from the terrace.

The place was as seen on the photos. It has all you could need! The host was super nice, gave us some recommendations; helpful and polite. The apartment has a parking which is very important, and is also located in the center, a minute- two from the center which is great. I highly recommend this place and the hosts! I would definitely be back. Thanks :)
