Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grad Kaštela

This AirBnb is the amazing. The location is great and close to both Split and Trogir. The view is outstanding and was perfect for our girls trip. You definitely want a car if you're staying here and is a little tricky to find, but once you're there, you'll love the peaceful location, stunning view and well equipped spot. The pool and outdoor spaces are great for days when you just want to relax and unwind. The upper level bedrooms and balcony were an added bonus with each having its own bathroom and privacy. We truly loved Gordon's place and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a central location that you can explore Croatia from, while being submersed in the mountains overlooking the Adriatic Sea. You will not be disappointed.

Apartament, który oferuje Goran jest bardzo przestronny i wygodny. Wygląda tak jak na zdjęciach. Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste i ciche. Klimatyzacja dobrze działała. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, jest ekspres do kawy przelewowy. W łazience jest pralka. Do plaży ok. 15-20 minut spacerem, najbliższy sklep i przystanek autobusowy ok. 10-13 minut. Blisko lotnisko. Bardzo duży taras z którego można oglądać startujące i lądujace samoloty. W pobliżu droga szybkiego ruchu, ale przy zamkniętych oknach jest bardzo cicho. Z tarasu widać Split i Trogir oraz ogród z drzewami cytrynowymi i figami. W ogrodzie wieczorem spaceruje żółw :) Spędziliśmy w tym miejscu bardzo miło czas.

Great apartment and beautiful private olive tree garden giving plenty of shade around the pool and jacuzzi. Nice big table on the veranda to sit for lunch/dinner out of the sun. It’s just a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and bakery, then another few minutes further to get down to the sea. Small beaches but places to get drinks, ice cream and a few restaurants on the way. We only discover Kaštel Stari & Kaštel Novi on our last evening, but they are definitely worth a visit for an evening stroll with more atmosphere and lots of restaurants along the seafront. It’s just 7€ in an Uber to get there if too far to walk. We found Ubers were best way of getting about if you don’t have a car, but there’s also a bus stop at end of the road & train station in other direction. We had a lovely holiday & Croatia is stunning! Definitely visit Trogir (mini version of Split) and other islands

A professionally run listing, with a fantastic personal touch. A peaceful location with plenty of outdoor space and well maintained pool. Internally well designed with very extensively equipped kitchen. Mario very responsive to all our questions and he went above and beyond with advice about local medical facilities when needed for our daughter. And an extra shout out his mum who helped us enormously also. Everything was clean and comfortable, short drive to local beaches for great swimming, and plenty of supermarkets within the vicinity. Thank you Mario and family.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub als 6 Freunde. Das Haus liegt optimal, um es mit den Öffis vom Flughafen zu erreichen oder nach Split reinzufahren. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte, Bäcker, Apotheke) liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Meer ist nur 5 min entfernt, mit einer öffentlichen Badestelle. An der Promenade liegen mehrere Strandbars. Jure und seine Mutter sind äußerst nette Gastgeber. Sie sprechen Deutsch und sehr hilfsbereit. Jure hat sogar angeboten,uns mit seinem Boot mitzunehmen,was wir leider nicht geschafft haben. Das Haus bietet neben dem Pool und der Dachterrasse auch einen Grill. Überall sind genug Sitzmöglichkeiten und alles war sauber und ordentlich. Nur ein wenig Staub war in manchen Ecken zu finden. Für uns war es der perfekte Urlaub und wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter.

Spędziliśmy 7 nocy 12 osobową grupą znajomych w Villi Shell. Były to świetne i niezapomniane wakacje. Pobyt był niezwykle przyjemny. Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Duża przestrzeń dobrze zagospodarowana dla takiej grupy. Do dyspozycji gości doskonały basen, idealne miejsce na grilla, pokój gier (bilard, piłkarzyki, dart, sprzęt do ćwiczeń), dwa duże pokoje (jeden z barem) do wspólnego spędzania czasu. Dom bardzo dobrze wyposażony i czysty. Gospodarz jest niezwykle uprzejmy, pomocny i szybko odpowiada na wiadomości. Atutem jest również ilość łazienek (4 + 1 koło basenu). Okolica bardzo spokojna, przystanek autobusowy obok domu, sklep spożywczy w pobliżu. W sąsiedztwie miły taksówkarz. Do Trogiru 10 min autem. Serdecznie polecamy!!

Our family spent eight days here with three boys between 15 and 20, and we all loved this place. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived, the pool was a big hit, the unexpected pull up bar was used a lot, and the large patio was a blessing during the hot days, especially with the outdoor kitchen with Croatian barbeque. Airconditioning in all bedrooms. Also, having three separate bathrooms with showers and toilets was very welcome. A car is highly recommended due to the location of the house, hidden in the hills north of the airport. It's located about 10 minutes drive from the car rental at Split airport, and on the way to the house you pass a reasonably big supermarket for your groceries. Trogir is a nice small town to visit, and only a 15 minute drive away.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad in de accommodatie van Zlatko. De ruimte is zeer schoon en opgeruimd. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, er lag zelfs een flesje wijn in de koelkast. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig. Vanaf de 2e verdieping hadden we mooi uitzicht over zee en split. In de buurt zitten een paar lekkere restaurants. De bakker en supermarkt zijn op loopafstand. Ook is de bus van Trogir naar Split op slechts 10 minuten loopafstand, dus ideaal!

Que de compliments à faire : hôte très accueillante qui a su nous recommander des endroits extraordinaires que nous n aurions pas découverts. Elle a eu de nombreuses attentions a notre égard pendant le séjour ( jus et sodas au frigo a notre arrivée, un repas somptueux et sans oublier un petit cadeau de départ). L appartement est idéalement situé pour découvrir Split, Trogir et a distance raisonnable des lacs de Plitvice et cascades de Krka. Il est en excellent état, la literie est ultra confortable et les 2 terrasses sont agréables pour prendre le petit déjeuner et les repas. Plage + restaurants+ supermarchés a proximité. A noter que l appartement est proche de l aéroport ce qui implique que les avions passent au dessus de l appartement mais il y en a pas énormément et a l intérieur le bruit est très léger. Un énorme merci à Josipa et son mari pour ce superbe séjour.

Wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt! Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und ein wirklich schöner Willkommensgruß stand bereit. Absolut empfehlenswert hierher zu kommen! Sehr liebe, herzliche Vermieter und die Unterkunft entspricht absolut den Bildern, war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

The house was clean. Nelsi and her husband are welcoming, friendly people. We spent 5 nights in their house and the experience is extremely positive. We could disturb them with any question, they were happy to help. I recommend them and their house.

Paula was super friendly! We were unaware of the bank holiday on our first day, she helped us out with breakfast items. Our kids accidentally pressed the wrong jacuzzi button. It was fixed almost immediately. Beds were made so nicely on our late arrival, looking very comfy. We stayed 4 days, the area was really nice! with the easy bus rides to trogir and split we could have easily stayed longer. The bakery, the beach and jacuzzi are a great start and end of the day after venturing out. We loved it! Highly recommend!

Unser Aufenthalt bei euch war einfach wunderschön! Die Umgebung war sehr angenehm, und ihr als Gastgeber wart unglaublich nett und herzlich. Absolutely amazing stay! The location is fantastic — peaceful, beautifully situated, and offering an incredible view. The villa itself is stunning, with top-notch amenities and a wonderful pool that made our stay even more special. Everything was perfectly clean and well thought out. The hosts were incredibly kind and easy to communicate with, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

Die Villa ist wunderschön! Von der Lage bis hin zur Einrichtung ist nichts auszusetzen! In der Nähe von Split, und doch so ruhig! Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht hier, da ich geschäftlich aus Deutschland angereist bin, aber es war ein Traum! Der Gastgeber Mario hat uns in letzter Sekunde gerettet und uns einen Schlafplatz ermöglicht! Die Dachterasse mit dem Whirlpool haben uns umgehauen genauso wie alles andere. Bei der nächsten Möglichkeit werden wir wieder kommen! Danke!

Czas spędzony podczas pobytu był tym czego oczekiwaliśmy - wyjątkowo dużą przestrzeń zarówno w domu jak i w ogrodzie. do tego duży basen i wiele rozmaitych atrakcji dla dzieci i nie tylko. Bardzo spokojna okolica zapewniająca prywatność a zarazem disco dobry widok na zatokę, Split oraz Ciovo. W niedużej odległości (kilka minut samochodem) liczne sklepy oraz piekarnie. Zdecydowanie polecamy dla rodzin z dziećmi lub grupy znajomych

Milivoj's home was perfect for our family of 11. We were able to be together but maintain our separate spaces. The apartments are beautifully appointed and have great air conditioning. We enjoyed the pool and the wonderful outdoor spaces, including the gorgeous cooking area. Milivoj went above and beyond to make ouour stay enjoyable! He even brought over toys for the children. He gave us fantastic local recommendations and even helped us plot out stops along our way to our next destination, which was so helpful! I highly recommend this amazing home and host!

Booked the villa for my friend’s hen do, such a beautiful villa, so spacious and lovely and clean. 20 mins from Split and 5 mins from Lidl supermarket. Zvonimir was a great host, quick responses the whole time we were there. I would highly recommend and I would 100% book again.

Bardzo polecam miejsce i gospodarza, pobyt bez problemowy, zakwaterowanie i wymeldowanie błyskawiczne bez zbędnej biurokracji, miejsce zadbane, okolica bardzo spokojna i cicha, miejsce ustronne pozwalające na pełen wypoczynek, dom w pełni wyposażony posiadający wiele łazienek i aż dwie kuchnie, co spokojnie zaspokaja pobyt 12 osób, w mojej ocenie zmieściłoby się tam więcej osób i nadal byłoby komfortowo. Bardzo polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi czy też grupie znajomych z dziećmi. Willa usytuowana jest w miejscu gdzie łatwo i szybko można zrobić wypad samochodem, ponadto bez problemowo i bezpiecznie można zaparkować samochody w miejscu kwaterunku. Super miejsce dla osób szukających spokoju a jednocześnie lubiących wypady na jednodniowe wycieczki. Polecam w 100%. W mojej ocenie wysoki standard kwaterunku.
