Our apartment is nestled in a serene, traffic-free, and friendly location, perfect for a relaxing getaway. A 5-min walk takes you to the marina, where you can rent a boat or enjoy stunning Adriatic Sea views. The town's beach, only a 10-min walk away, offers activities like beach volleyball, scuba diving, jet skiing, and parachute gliding. Unwind at the beach bar with music and refreshing cocktails. The apartment is located in the eastern part of New Vinodolski, quiet and green, about 800 m from the center and 150 m from the sea. Situated on the second floor of the house, fully equipped, with a large balcony with a view of the slopes of Velebit, Senj chanell and the entire east coast of the island Krk. The interior consists of a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms and three comfortable bedrooms with seven beds (total 100 m2 balcony 15 m2).

It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

The apartment is 120 meters from the beach and a beautiful park away (2 minute walk). It is a quiet part of the city with a dash of nature. The center ist 700 meters away. We have a private parking in front of the house. The apartment has two separate rooms, two bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen + living room and a big terrace (with a grill). It is ideal for two couples or a family with 2-3 children.
