Holiday rentals in Grad Novigrad

A beautiful house, in a great location, easy to reach Umag and Novigrad with the car. Also close to toll motorway to travel further. We did day trips to Rovinj, Trieste and Cape Kamenjak. We were a family group of 9, house was more than big enough. 4 very large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Great living area space! The pool and garden was our favourite area. We loved games of volleyball and having bbqs on the patio. All in all we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this house! Communication with Vanessa before and during our stay was very good

Great Villa, worth the price!

We rented the house with a total of 4 adults and 2 children and had a wonderful time. The house and everything that goes with it is in a very clean condition and the equipment is great!! There really is nothing we were missing, which we also need in everyday life. The house is situated in a village near Novigrad, but you are very quickly in the city and in the village there is even a very great restaurant, which is a 2-minute walk away. There is also a bike route that leads a few meters from the house. The house has a great hot tub, a small garden, sea view and parking. There are plenty of seating options (both outside and inside) where you can spend time together. What more could you want?! Jasna is very nice and was always available when we had questions and Marijan was also very accommodating... We would come back anytime and highly recommend it:-)

Perfect place to stay. In 2 minutes walk by the sea. Bakeries and shops around the corner. Unfortunately, you can only park outside. 10 Euro per day . Nevertheless, highly recommended and we would come back.

The house is a bit secluded from the hustle and bustle, but that's exactly what we wanted. By car, you can reach the harbor in Novigrad in 5 minutes, where you can watch beautiful sunsets. The house has everything you need. And if something is missing or you need more (such as toilet paper😅) or recommendations for good food, then Vlado responds very quickly via the app. The pool was our highlight. Nice and refreshing. Illuminated in the evening and nice and large. There are two small cottages next to each other with a total of 3 neatly large beds in slightly smaller rooms. There's not much space, but we spent the least amount of time in the house. 😊 Pro: Washing machine with short wash cycle 😅 What could be better: the ants were sometimes very annoying & maybe a small night light for the rooms ☺️ We would come back any time, especially since we really found the peace we wanted! 💕 Thanks to you dear Vlado and your wife

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this family-owned holiday apartment in Mareda, which is a small village near Novigrad. The apartment is not entirely new, so there were a few things that might need fixing, but there was nothing to really complain about. The place was clean, functional, sufficiently spacy, and cozy. From the upper balcony, there is a nice view over the village and the sea (including beautiful sunsets). The aircondition also worked fine. What made our stay outstanding, however, was the special hospitality of the owner, Sanja. She welcomed us warmly, showed us the apartment in great detail, and was available for questions at any time. She even contacted us after a heavy thunderstorm to ask whether everything was ok. This spirit can also be felt everywhere in the apartment. Everything was there, no matter whether in the kitchen (dishes, kitchenware, espresso machine, spices and herbs, etc.) or in the bathroom (all sorts of detergents, towels, etc.). Simply great!
