Cozy and fully equipped flat located in the center of Umag, just 20 meters from the sea - perfect choice for both short and long stays regardless of the period of the year. Despite the apartment is located in the city center, it provides pleasant tranquility and privacy from the noisy streets. In turn, Dezi, the host, is a very friendly person with a proactive approach.

It was very nice at Branka's, the place was very clean and as shown in the photos. Restaurants, shops and beach were all within walking distance. It was very quiet and there was a very sweet cat that I could pet. I 🥹 always got an immediate response to messages and we were allowed to borrow an umbrella. I would come back here immediately!

A clear booking recommendation! We felt very comfortable in the apartment and were able to relax superbly. The sparkling clean apartment is equipped with everything and we enjoyed the many terraces. Luka is a super friendly host. Apartment is well described and quietly located on a side street. The Wi-Fi is also good and the apartment is very modernly furnished.

Staying in this apartment was a real pleasure! The place is decorated with great taste – like something out of a high-end interior design catalog. Everything was spotless, functional, and comfortable. The location is excellent – in a quiet area, yet close to everything you might need. The host was very kind and communication was smooth and easy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-notch accommodation – we would definitely come back!

Uncomplicated, very friendly. Great ocean views, short distances to the center. Since we were there in early-mid October, the place is already quite quiet and not everything is open, but if you like peace and quiet, it's just the right thing. Lukas' mom lives next door and welcomed us with a bowl full of freshly picked tangerines. Very nice!

The stay was very pleasant, Stefan's house is very nice and attention to detail, and is located inside a ranch where horses and sheep graze. The outdoor space is also equipped, you can cook and have lunch under the porch, in the garden surrounded by hedges you can sunbathe. This place is an oasis surrounded by nature. The hydromising bathtub at our disposal is also very much appreciated.

The apartment is small, but absolutely sufficient for one to two people. You will find everything you need and the "own" outdoor seating in front of the apartment is ideal for breakfast or for evening cozy sitting together. We were completely satisfied. :)

Beautifully renovated old house with charm. Old beams, wooden floors. Tastefully decorated (1st floor and attic). Amenities of high quality, in the kitchen even a WMF knife block. Salt, pepper, olive oil available. Large, comfortable beds (both 1.80 m wide). Great robes, an enormous amount of towels, bath towels, sauna towels. Very tasty welcome snack. Nice hosts. Highly recommended. :-)
