Well equiped apartment with a nice view on the bay, hiking trails around and lots to do in beautiful Croatia. Our hosts were very friendly and helped us settling. Calm neighbourhood and just what we were looking for.

Our host was great. Very friendly. You wouldn’t know they were underneath you. The house was spotless. Larger than expected and lots of places to hide, sit and chase the weather. Very clean, everything you need is there. Little welcoming gestures were on the table when we arrived. It was a very close walk to the ferry and into the town. We would definitely go back.

Nice place to stay, close to beach and short drive to Zadar. Quiet area and overall recommend!

We had our bachelor party with 10 men in Zadar and it was fantastic! The rented house with pool, sauna and hot tub was just perfect for our group. There were also some attractions in the area that were good for excursions. Especially in the evening we loved the lively old town – great atmosphere and really good clubs. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the house!

Ksenija and Antona’s place is really beautiful. I was shocked that there was so much space when my husband and my mother inlaw arrived there. There were only 3 of us and I think it could even fit until 6 but the listing says it could only maximum 5. Anyway, you will find everything that you need there. From kitchenware to card games. I would definitely come back here if we ever visit Zadar next time. Highly recommend! 💯

Great location , close to the sea, sitting on the terrace in the shade of Oleander, we heard a splash of water. Charming, cozy , well-equipped, and ready for our arrival. The host was very friendly, helpful , got us parking - a fee of 60 euros for 2 weeks. Quiet , various restaurants invite you to visit. Shops close to home. We were with 4 people and these 2 weeks passed in a very pleasant atmosphere. We were sad to leave. Even the bells from the nearby church stopped bothering us. We'd love to go back.

Wow, wow, wow! We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at Holiday Home Diana. Although it was April, the weather was beautiful and the scenery is breathtaking. The house was spacious, full of everything you could need when away from home and spotlessly clean. We arrived late but entering was straight forward and complimentary drinks were waiting in the fridge. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for a relaxing few days away from everything and everyone. Nothing was too much trouble for Drazen and his parents - whether it was recommendations for places to visit or to eat, meeting the resident turtles or asking to source items (suncream!) from nearby. We even ventured out on the bikes, which was an experience! We highly recommend this villa to anyone and are looking forward to bringing our own children and parents soon!

Staying with my family four days at the apartment, it is complete with everything comfortable in a central location where you can walk to the beach and restaurants in a few minutes. At 20 meters there is a market and a pharmacy. Having a one-year-old we used the swimming pool shared with other guests a lot, my son was looking forward to swimming. In just 10 minutes by car you can reach the center of Zadar, it is always a 10-minute drive to Zadar airport. Great value for money, Ana was always available and did not miss anything. We also met Ana's mother, a beautiful and always smiling lady. I recommend to all

Wonderful house! right in the center of Zadar. and the most amazing hosts, thank you Dino and Anita! Very responsive, and helped us out during our stay. thank you! Within just af fee km you have the beach, beautiful walking tours by the sea, old town Zadar, forest with playground , and grocery shopping. The neighbourhood itself was less attractive with lots of traffic, but the house is at the end of a closed road and you don't hear any traffic. The house was great, a fully equipped kitchen combined with living room space, and a kingsize bedroom. of you go outside and around the same house, there is another entrance to a studio with a queensize bedroom. AC units in all rooms. Everything you see on the pictures you can find at the house. The garden was filled with toys and water play for our kids. On a rainy day Supernova with a childrens twister funpark is just 10min by car.

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

Sandra was our best host during our 3-week stay in Croatia. She welcomed us with her kindness, her goodness, her smile and gave us plenty of tips for visiting the surrounding area. We were also entitled to a small gift upon arrival (drinks and fresh watermelon, cakes and candy for the children) Recommended without hesitation.

Amazing accomodation, really fully equiped apartment with luxury terrace, seaview. Great for family with childrens (2+2). Welcome bar and very friendly hosted family. Absolutely quiet location, near sandy beach, 5 minutes walk, a sea full of mussels to catch and cook. The playground and the bar with tasty pizza, hamburger, ice cream very close. Perfect location for daily trip to visit Pag, Vir, Zadar. Supermarkets, local shops and historical centre of the Nin 5 minutes by the car. I really recommend. I hope we will be back next season.

We liked it very much in the house, the nice hostess was always reachable and helped us with restaurants, etc. You quickly feel at home and the neighbors are all nice.

I stayed for more than a week at Ivana's. The location cannot be beat. It was so close to old town that I was quickly able to walk back to the house to drop off from shopping or if I wanted to change and head back out. It is close to some good restaurants around the corner without having to go to the old town. The AC worked strongly. Ivana is a sweetheart. She represents the epitome of a host: responsive, kind, and offers suggestions. When I return to Zadar, I plan on booking her place again. the size of the apartment is worth the value. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
