Excellent location, pleasant garden with Mediterranean vegetation, cozy apartment and our desire to feel at home with us, all these are sufficient reasons to spend your holidays, a long weekend or maybe just a day in our apartment Haliaetum all-year-round. The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Just park your car in front of the house and enjoy your vacation.

Consists of a open space living room/equipped kitchen which opens onto a terrace where you can listen to the sound of the waves and admire beautiful sunsets, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The beach can be reached directly by lift on the floor. Also, there are other beaches nearby and in short driving you arrive in the magic city of Trieste.

My accommodation is in front of a pine forest just 50 meters from the sea and 20 minutes from the center of Trieste, you can enjoy panoramic views and pleasant walks along the coast up to the castle of Miramare. Also ideal for a summer beach holiday in an area with good restaurants and outdoor cafes. Monolocale frontemare in zona centralissima, ideale per coppie o single. Dispone di posto spiaggia con ombrellone due lettini in ottima posizione e parcheggio privato di fronte all'appartamento compresi senza spese aggiuntive (per i turisti il park costerebbe 18euro/gg e l'ombrellone con i lettini quest'anno costerebbero una follia, sempre se si riesce a trovarli)

Appartamento molto suggestivo con travi a vista che oltre la posizione invidiabile con la vista sul centro storico si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia cittadina. Appartamento e piccolo ma con i spazi ben organizzati ed e ideale per 4 persone. Volendo ci possono stare 6 persone usufruendo dell divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno.

Bell'appartamento molto luminoso , situato in zona centralissima a 100 metri dalla spiaggia. Terrazza abitabile affacciata su una deliziosa piazza incrocio tra due viali pedonali. Parcheggio custodito a richiesta. Di recente l' arredamento è stato rinnovato e si è creata un'ottima insonorizzazione dell'appartamento.
