Holiday rentals in Gramalote

It wasn’t my first time staying at his property. It is always a treat to stay at one of his properties. Ellis and/or Salomé are always available for any question and/or concern. It is a safe location where the tower is located, building staff are nice and friendly. And the Apt itself was spotless. The cleaning lady is very approachable. I would always recommend to stay at one of his properties. Thank you Ellis and Salome!

This trip is the multiple times I’ve rented Brian‘s place, it is so comfortable half the time I don’t even go out. Beds are comfortable, furniture is amazing. The location is ideal. Very very comfortable place with all the amenities you ever need. Like a home away from home situation. Brian is a great host very attentive. Always checking in seeing how I was doing. if you’re going to Cucuta this is definitely a must stay well worth the money.

Martha is a very friendly helpful person. I prepare a delicious soup and an exquisite arepa excellent helpful. I loved the stay very clean and distinctly organized when I return to Cúcuta I will stay again in this beautiful apartment thanks Martha for everything !!

Nice apartment building. The host is very kind and responsive to messages. There are supermarkets, a pharmacy, and a large mall nearby.

I love the view and the location, I recommend fixing some things in the bathroom and kitchen overall, it is a wonderful place.

We loved the place, everything nice and well cared for, the San Luis area has a lot of super markets and options to go out to eat, it is quiet and beautiful, plus the contact with the host was great I give it a 10 of 10
