Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. Located in one of the city's most exclusive neighborhoods, it offers an experience in a safe, noise-free, pollution-free urban area, ideal for families. Not suitable for youth groups. A 10-minute drive from the historic center and the Alhambra, 30 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski resort, and 50 minutes from the Costa Tropical.

Detached house with 150m2 of patio and garden in two terraces and small private pool. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Double room, kitchen/dining/living room, new bathroom. Very good 160cm bed or 2 beds. For 3 people, a crib or extra bed is added for the kitchen/dining room. There are other apartments in the same property.
