The Guest House

Included on this farmhouse property is a patio & furniture, picnic table, fire pit, BBQ, and lots of open yard. Guests have full use of the house, including the kitchen, which is fully stocked with glassware, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, and coffee & tea. Beside Exeter Golf Club/The Barn Restaurant. 30 min drive to Grand Bend. 2 min drive to hiking trails, Ironwood Golf Course & Exeter. Local Breweries a short drive any direction. 30 min to London. *$50/extra guest after 4 people

Fluffhaven Cottage

Welcome to Fluffhaven Cottage, where tranquility meets adventure! Nestled in a quiet court just 300m away from the shores of South Beach, where you can see some of the most spectacular sunsets in the world, our cozy retreat offers all the comforts of home. Conveniently located just a 10-minute walk to Grand Bend's main strip and a 5-minute walk to the Marina. To book, primary guest must be age 25+ and must be staying at the property for the duration of the rental. We do not rent to teenagers.

The Brew House

Our place is a 2 minute drive from the "Prettiest Town in Canada", Goderich, Ontario. It is a 1400sq ft, fully furnished, space for people to enjoy. The kitchen, dining area, 2 piece bath, small living room/ fireplace, and full laundry (free) are located on the main level. The second level offers a large living room with seasonal river views and street views. There is an extra table and chairs, ideal for playing games. The two bedrooms and a full bathroom are also located on the 2nd level.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Looking to get unplugged? Come and get recharged as you enjoy peace and tranquility here. Enjoy the many views Lake Huron offers. The full kitchen is well stocked. With a mid size fridge and 24” stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and more. Triple bunk beds for the children make vacations fun. Enjoy time unwinding at the ever changing beach, from rocks, to clay to sand and sometimes a combination of all three.
