Nice condo with a nice binder that lined out everything we may need to know. Lots of parking.

We enjoyed our stay at Josh’s place in Moab. The location is excellent and the space is well designed to maximize accommodating additional guests. We were comfortable with 5 adults staying for 3 nights. The kitchen worked for making simple meals. We were able to easily get downtown and also visit arches National park. We didn’t end up using the hot tub but it was still open.

A great place to stay near Moab but a little further away from the crowds. The national parks are close by and there's lots of space inside to rest after a long day in the parks!

Everything was clean and ready we when arrived! The bed and pillows were comfy. The garage was a nice plus. It was a little difficult to find by the address, we located it off the letter. Otherwise, it was a great place!

We loved staying here. The price was perfect and we had lots of space for the three of us. My mom’s favorite part was the fireplace. We will Definitely recommend anyone to stay here when visiting Moab.

We stayed here for one night on a road trip across Utah. The location and bedrooms worked well for our group. Plus the hosts were kind enough to mail our daughters stuffy toy back, after we forgot it.

This was great big space and great location. Easy access and close to downtown as well as the national parks. This is a good spot for multiple people with plenty of space to hang out and privacy in the rooms. There is a laundry room available which was appreciated after hikes and after road tripping. The views were also pretty.

Absolutely beautiful! The pools were heated and we were able to swim with the kids when it was only 35 degrees out. The place was stunning, spotless, and comfortable. I 100 percent recommend staying here.

We had such a fantastic time at this Airbnb! What I care about most from an Airbnb is comfortable beds and soft sheets. We found that even the twins were very comfortable for all of our guests! The host was responsive and gracious. There were thoughtful touches, the hot tub was awesome, the grill was clean and easy to use. The cooking utensils were of much better quality than what you would typically find in an Airbnb. I also feel so blessed to have been able to bring my dog on our vacation. I will definitely be seeking this exact unit when I come back.

This condo worked well for our group. Spacious unit. It does face the highway so there's road noise with the windows open, but otherwise super quiet, and nice views of the LaSals! Host was very responsive - we couldn't find the pool key (it turned up later, it was just very well camouflaged) and he had someone drop off a new one super fast.

We loved staying here for our family vacation! The kids enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace, while we were grateful for the built-in entertainment and proximity to national parks.

The location was good. The size of the place exactly as described. Andrea, the host was responsive to our needs. The private backyard was wonderful for the dog. The linen was clean and plenty of it. There is alot of road noise. We put a couple of pillows in the windows to create a sound barrier. It worked. I would definitely stay here again with a large group.

We stayed with a group of five, and the place is great for this. There's plenty of space, beds, and a very well-equipped kitchen. It's at the edge of town, but Moab being small, it's only a 5-minute drive to most restaurants.

Our little family had a great time in Moab! it's a little past downtown but just a short drive to the city and national parks. Clean, quiet, adequate parking, nice little walking path out the back. Would definitely stay again!

Josh was super responsive and gave us very clear instructions on how to get into the apartment. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The price was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be back in the future.

The place was perfect for our family and kids. Nice new complex and a comfortable and clean stay. Just a short drive to downtown Moab!

We are a five people group, and there were enough beds for everyone. Every process was so smooth, and no problem from booking to checking out. Having an outside hot tub after long hikes was awesome. We cooked two dinners and breakfast, kitchen equipments were pretty good as well. We will come back:)
