Tiny house holiday rentals in Grand County

This was a perfect location to enjoy Moab, Arches, Canyonlands, and the petrified sand dunes. We would highly recommend staying here!

12/29/24-01/03/204 Our stay was well worth the drive , close to Arches National Park and Canyonlands . The weather was nothing like Cali but I can definitely say it was worth it especially this tiny home that Joshua provided to us , they make you fell at home , easy check in , hot water , heater all worked well . Kitchen essentials are provided to a minimum but it s all you really need to cook and the beds are so comfy for the exception on the sofa couch . We will definitely be back in spring .

It was perfect for me and my husband. Just enough space. Far enough away from the Main Street in town so we enjoyed the quiet. I would return and recommend this rental.

We had a great stay at Joshua’s place. It was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Quiet, cozy, and clean and Joshua is an excellent host. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very cute and extremely clean; perfect for what we needed. We visited in early November so it was chilly. But if it had been in the summer we would've taken advantage of the front porch/seating area and grill. We would stay here again if we're ever back in Moab!

Excellent host! The tiny home was exactly as described and made for a great home base while exploring Arches National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park, and Canyonlands National Park! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet place near the parks.

Was a very clean place. Felt very welcome. Joshua was very upfront on how you can get a hold of him if needed. Was a great location.

Joshua’s tiny home was just the right amount of space for 2. The kitchen was well supplied. Storage was ample. The place had feel good vibes.

Cute little cabins, great for a “home base” in Moab while exploring the area. We stayed here w/ our 9yo while visiting Arches & Canyonlands, as it’s very convenient to both parks. Walkable to Proper Brewing Co where we enjoyed dinner and some local brews on 2 of our evenings there. Easy after-hours check-in process and staff in the front office was friendly & helpful. Well-stocked kitchen and plenty of extra bath towels were provided. I think it would feel quite cramped if you had more than 4 people staying in this cabin, just my personal POV.

The Edge of the Desert tiny home that we rented was the perfect home base for our trip to Moab. The home itself was exceptionally clean. The location was a bit out of town but very quiet. The bed was super comfortable. My dad was able to rent the home next to ours so we had privacy but also time with family. We’d definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in Moab again.

Joshua was a great host. Place was very clean and felt safe the entire time. Very spacious and inviting. Joshua is very helpful and his place should be stayed at by everyone who heads to Moab!

The property was well located for accessing the Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The kitchen amenities were all good and allowed us to cook for ourselves. The property was comfortable, private and well presented. An enjoyable base for sightseeing!

These tiny homes are in a great location for experiencing almost has to offer; and it’s quiet clean well set up and has a laundry facility to use. Awesome! Highly recommend this location for a fun stay yet quiet so you can rest up for more fun!

Very comfortable and efficient compact vacation home. Everything is pretty new and in good condition.

Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend for 2-6 people. This tiny house is super cute, very clean with a perfect size and equipped kitchen. The balcony was great to sit on and relax in a quiet community. The hosts communicated directions and instructions very well and made check-in/check-out very clear and simple. If you’re in Moab and need a place to stay, definitely book this unit!
