Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Grand Forks

This condo was an ideal stay. Living room furniture is often iffy with Airbnbs, but the furniture here was very comfortable. The unit is at the end of the hall in a fairly quiet building so nothing bothered us all night. Parking isn’t actually included as the listing suggests - only street parking is available. However, for a weekend stay (Friday to Sunday), there was no need to move the car as some reviewers have experienced during the week. The check-in instructions were very clear and it was easy to get inside. The unit is a nice walk from downtown restaurants and the river path. All in all, I’d stay here again for sure!

We had a wonderful stay and Coleen was a great host. Always responsive and helpful. The apartment was just as described and was very comfortable, clean and provided for a wonderful weekend.

Our family would stay here again. Lots of space. Worked out well for our family in town for our daughter's graduation from UND.

This was our second visit to this location. We were here one year ago for curling, and the same this year. The location is not far from the curling club, and it had everything we needed.

The Howdy condo was extremely neat and clean, well decorated, and in a perfect location for me. i was able to walk downtown which had a number of choices for restaurants, bars, coffee houses, and a supermarket just 2 blocks away. it was only 2 - 3 miles from where i was working. The condo unit is in a secure building that was fairly new and very quiet. you definitely had to watch the street parking, though, as street sweeping is done on multiple days of the week. this is not a distraction from the condo, just a heads up to future AirBnB'ers. i would definitely stay here again if it is available.

This house was spacious and felt very at-home. Plenty of space to hang out together or go off on our own for a moment. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was clean. Paul was very responsive and an excellent host.

Place was awesome very unique house Love the neighborhood very quiet and nice. The little creek that ran through the backyard was the nice place to hang out at. Janelle was very easy to work with and very responsive. I would love to book this house again when we're back in the area.

I love staying here most affordable place and has 2 full bathrooms which was the deciding factor my my large family. We stayed for over a month Pantea was always kind the house very warm and cozy. Heating is great during the cold days. I love how there are alot of stores and a Natural grocery store down the street everything is convenient and near by. Felt like home being here truly enjoyed our stay 😊

I hit the jackpot in finding this place! Myron is probably one of the best hosts I’ve had on Airbnb. He has been very helpful with transportation, recommending fun spots in the area, and helping my dog and I feel right at home in a new environment. He is very friendly and keeps a tidy and organized home. The neighborhood is pretty quiet with walking trails nearby. I would recommend this place to friends, family and anyone looking for a nice, quiet place to stay in the area.

808 is a great easy low key no thrills Airbnb getaway if you are looking for an easy on campus site with simple accommodations!
