We have a fully stocked kitchen, a 40 inch TV with Roku, a gas grill and all linens and towels are included. Boat launch and Alburg Sand Beach (the dunes) is about 3 minutes as well. Welcome to the Lake Champlain Islands! Bring your Boat and the State access is minutes away! In my humble opinion South Hero is the most special town on the Island, where apples are the main crop! Fall is a special time here, our forest turns colors! Enjoy biking and hiking trails. The town beach is 3 miles down the road and a lovely place to enjoy a quiet summer's day. Just in case you need the city life, we are located 25 minutes north of Burlington and one hour south of Montreal.
