Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Abutting Vt state forests where wildlife is abundant. Located 1 mile from the Lake Champlain Ferry to Plattsburgh, NY. Grand Isle is great for biking, fishing, berry and apple picking. Less than 35 minutes to Burlington, Vt. Approximately 35 minutes to the Canadian border. Montreal is ~85 minute drive away. Many local attractions all year long. This is NOT a lakefront property. The lake is 1 mile to the West and 2.5 miles to the East.

Newly renovated 600 square foot house features a heat pump, WIFI, new flooring fresh paint, and comfortable furniture to kick back and relax in. We have a fully stocked kitchen, a 40 inch TV with Roku, a gas grill and all linens and towels are included. Boat launch and Alburg Sand Beach (the dunes) is about 3 minutes as well. Harborside Market has all the essentials. Explore the local restaurant scene. Visit The North Hero House, Shore Acres or The Blue Paddle for a delicious meal.
