Beautiful home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Lake swimming beach, hiking, and a winery area all nearby!

Two bedrooms each with a queen bed plus Hazel's Hideaway, a 6× 6 ft. loft off of the dining room/kitchen area with a daybed for 1 child or it can be used as a reading nook. 1 bath with shower, washer and dryer, and filtered water system. Pantry stocked with staples as well as fishing equipment. Games and toys for all ages. Private staircase to the lake. Fire pit with wood. Water shoes recommended.
