The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Your home away from home The Apple Kor Cottage is a single-family home nestled in the small town of Cedaredge, Colorado. Sitting at the base of the Grand Mesa, It features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, wit a large, covered patio to relax and enjoy fireplace for the cool Colorado evenings. The pet-friendly home sleeps 7 comfortably and includes a game room for family games and a night of cards or a good game of poker for your enjoyment during your stay. 72-acre Paradise on Grand Mesa w/ Nice Log Cabin

Well-appointed log cabin at 9000' on Grand Mesa w/ Starlink internet on 72 acres borders National Forest and boasts unmatched views, massive aspen groves, and direct access to West Green Mountain trail (~1/4 mile away from the north edge of the property). This off-grid cabin has running water, full kitchen & nice bathroom w/ shower via solar PV system, propane appliances & backup generator. NO PETS and must have AWD or 4WD vehicle, no exceptions. Owner's personal residence, treat it nicely!

Powderhorn Grand Mesa Classy Family Cabin

Enjoy the outdoor recreation paradise of Powderhorn and the Grand Mesa from your spacious, cozy home. Winter brings downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing and beautiful snowy vistas. Summer allows hiking and all things outdoors sounded by million acres of public lands. The 800 square mile top of the Grand Mesa hosts 300 lakes for fishing as well as paddle boarding and other small watercraft. Hiking trails galore and Powerhorn mountain supports summer mountain biking.

2 Bedroom Ranch House

Just a mile off of Highway 65 sits Tongue Creek Ranch. The Ranch is located in the fertile valley junction of Tongue Creek & Surface Creek. Enjoy your own private 2 bed 1 bath ranch house. Both bedrooms have a super comfy pillow top queen size bed. WIFI is a fast 1gig fiber optic line. Enjoy a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a sofa in the family room. The front patio is always in the shade. Ask about the optional cabin on site for use as a private detached room for overflow family.

Cozy Coyote Cabin

Please note! We are in the mountains and a 4WD vehicle is highly recommended for winter travel. Welcome to beautiful Paonia and your cozy and peaceful cabin getaway. Just 3.5 miles from the town of Paonia means you're oh-so-close yet so far away from it all. Stillness, beauty, and relaxation. If you're looking for a little cozy reconnect with nature and a disconnect from the rat-race, you've found it. The Coyote Cabin is perfect home base for exploring the abundant North Fork Valley.

Large Vega Lake Colorado Real Log Cabin

Open year round, this spectacular 5300+ sq ft log cabin/lodge is a 1-hr drive from Grand Junction Airport. Nestled in an aspen grove overlooking Vega Lake, the cabin sleeps 17 people (kids included) and parks up to 8 vehicles. Wildlife abounds and the lake is full of trout (some up to 5 lbs). Outdoor equipment is offered free of charge (see list below) to enhance your stay. An expansive covered deck has a propane grill for BBQs and there is an outdoor fire pit for fireside evenings.

River Walk Yurt/sumptuous, hot tub, fast internet

Our Yurt is a perfect winter sojourn. Between the Rockies and the desert, only 2 miles from Paonia, is a luxury yurt placed on a large wrap-around redwood deck. Hovering above the North Fork of the Gunnison River, your private sanctuary is far removed from neighbors and intrusions. The Solargon

The Solargon is inspired by elements of Asian yurts, Navajo hogons and Native American hidatsa lodges. Combined with passive solar design principles, the solargon is an octagonal structure designed to take full advantage of the sun. The vaulted ceilings and plentiful windows make the solargon bright and inviting. This is a perfect spot for solo travelers or couples looking for a quiet, off the beaten path place to get away from it all.

Secluded mountain cabin - kiddo and dog-friendly

Relax with the whole family or a couple of friends at this mountain cabin retreat; BBQ on the large deck, listen to music, or have a campfire in the 7-foot fire pit, and bask in the glow of the mountain sunsets while soaking in the hot tub. If you're feeling like something more, venture to nearby Powderhorn, the Grand Mesa Lakes, Grand Junction, Palisade, etc. No matter the time of year, there is plenty to do and see.

The Blue Bear Cabin- small home, big welcome!

The Blue Bear is a quiet, comfortable home base for your outdoor adventures and a peaceful place to reconnect with family and friends. Located a few miles outside of Cedaredge on the southern slope of the Grand Mesa, convenient to nordic and alpine skiing, hiking and fishing. Watch deer stroll through your amazing view of the Mesa during the day, and enjoy awesome stargazing around the firepit at night.
