Holiday rentals with beach access in Grand Port District

Christophe was a great host. He was very flexible with our check in time as we had some changes due to our flight changes. The flat was the perfect base for our stay in Blue Bay and Christophe was always available and ready to help!

Shyam is a very polite host. The place is very well located- there is a beach at 500 m and a mall nearby. House has good amenities with a garden at the back where you can sit at night with your friends. There is good parking space too. Overall I would suggest this place to anyone visiting Blue Bay.

Recommended. Well located , 100 meters from 1 superb family and local beach, ideal for children. 15 minutes by car from the airport. Owner attentive to the well-being of his tenants, available. Good bedding. Allowed us to stay until 6pm on the day of checkout.

We had a nice stay at Catherine’s apt. It’s located in a calm and clean area,there are just beautiful villas and well maintened surroundings.The stunning beach is nearby,just a few metres.For those who are searching for a quiet place,beautiful beach with the crystal clear water it is definitely a good choice.There are no restaurants right there,you have to go to Blue bay but it was not any problem for us.Thank you!

The studio is conveniently located with direct access to the beach. The studio was very clean. Recommended!

Dev and Nell were lovely friendly hosts who were very responsive and helpful. We really appreciated the effort they put in to make us feel welcome. The house had great amenities, and was only a short walk to the beach. The pool was lovely and big, which the kids loved. The pop of colour blue around the main living area was very fun! The place is great. We're immersed in nature and with animals. The bedroom is great with a lovely balcony and super bright. Dean and Dorinne went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and are very kind. Thank you so much for these two days and happy hosting. Sofia

Situated right on the beach, this little holiday home was perfect! We stayed a week but wish we could have stayed longer. Hosts were very accommodating and always responded to messages straight away. Thank you!

I was in Mauritius for vacations with my family & during last three days of our stay I wanted a place near airport as well as near sea. I searched it in Airbnb & found wala lodge very interesting and as per my taste. When we checked-in we were overwhelmed to see every thing & every corner of it. It is beautifully decorated, tastefully designed, all three bedrooms are well furnished and super comfortable beds, bath rooms are just wonderful and has all the modern articles in it, kitchen is just perfect & every day to day article is there for guests, I could find many food articles in fridge. Waka lodge also has a big living area where you can watch tv. There is a big sitting area outside of cottage where a dining table is there. Tariff of property was very reasonable even when you are getting full cottage. I give 100% marks to Natasha for our finest & comfortable stay at her lodge. Next time during our visit to Mauritius I will make sure to stay here only.

We spent two and a half weeks at Marie-Claude’s and had beautiful time there. The cottage has nice atmosphere, big garden where kids could see many birds, lizards, geckos and bats. Nice beach is just few steps from the cottage. Thanks for Patricia who was very nice to us too. Only one thing what was a bit annoying were mosquitos but you will be provided with nets and other protection.

We had a wonderful stay at Melissa's place. She was very helpful, flexible and responsive... and patient because we had many quacks that her kindness helped overcome! The place is a dream house: superb (more than in the photos), well equipped, with direct access and a view... We'll be happy to go back.

Kersley is friendly and responsive. The place is decent for staying near airport, don’t expect five star facilities. I stayed there only for 4 hours to freshen up before catching my long haul flight. Good Value for money.

We had a great time at this house and garden filled with birds. We enjoyed the quality of the hospitality of our hosts. Jasmine, the cleaning lady, prepared some delicious dishes for us! I highly recommend this rental. Thanks to Janine and Jean Pierre for a great time with you and your family.

We only stayed a few days before flying home and we had a great time, was my son's 16 birthday and Cyrils' wife took me to the supermarket so I could buy him a cake, one of our party was extremely unwell and was given some medicine that helped him a lot and saved his final few days in Mauritius, Cyrils son makes amazing meals that is available to guests to purchase, and well worth having, all in all, a delightful experience, Cyril and his wife are amazing hosts and we thank them and wish them every success, when I come back to Mauritius I will defiantly stay here

Great location on a quiet, beautiful beach. Jocelyn was a great cook and very friendly. Chantal was very accommodating and responsive.

We stayed 2 nights with 2 children. Impeccable apartment, very clean. We did not use the kitchen at all but it had everything we needed. The pool is small but for a refresh it's fine. Peaceful neighborhood, a little secluded, but a 2-minute walk to the beach. With a great Indian restaurant nearby. Great value for the price

As shown in the picture, the swimming pool in front of the beach is wonderful. The waves on the beach in front of the accommodation are calm, making it great for children to play. It was especially great to take wonderful pictures on nice weather days. Although the cleaning service was insufficient because it was the Mauritius holiday, it was inevitable because it was a holiday. Instead, I enjoyed a very comfortable six-day vacation because the host always gave me kind and prompt notification. I am planning to visit Mauritius again in March next year, and I would like to stay here again. All of my family loved this accommodation so much.

We spent a nice week of family vacation in Charming Condo, the place is very convenient 5 min walk from the beach, it has all necessary kitchen ware, the terrace-balcony is a great place to have breakfasts and evening snacks to enjoy the sunset. Very pleasant stay at Sheel's, she is a lovely host, very responsive and flexible. She even had a nice touch in the apartment for our honeymoon. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and decorated, as in the photos, very clean and secure parking. Beautiful view from the balcony of the sea and the mountain at the entrance. It is located less than 10 minutes from the beautiful beach of Flic-en-Flac and 5 minutes from restaurants and supermarkets. I highly recommend this apartment. It feels like home. Maria’s apartment is obviously a property used by herself. It made our stay easy as apartment from putting food in the fridge everything was there. Three aircon units and fans. Large water containers provided. Comfortable beds and a lovely balcony up with the coconuts. The view of the sea and the reef is stunning. The gate from the premises gave us immediate access to the beach and within 350 yards at least 19 restaurants with lovely food. Maria also put us in touch with a local taxi driver who also supplied hire cars. We had a lovely economical 4 door auto for £20 per day. Couldn’t have been happier.

We had a nice stay, beautiful place quiet and safe. Closeness to the beach, restaurants and others. I will be happy to recommend this place.

We had a great stay at this plce in Flic en Flac. The apartment is as described. It is nicely located and has everything you need. The communication with the hosts also worked smoothly. I totally recommend this place.

The accommodation was very nice. Definitely appreciated the pool on the roof in the evening. Everything was clean and comfy. Neha and Krsna were very nice, we got fast response and even got recommendations :) Thank you very much
