Without facing, this bungalow has a large terrace of 70 m2 allowing you to live in outside and enjoy a sea view, overlooking the islands of Saintes. Equipped and functional, it is located 10 minutes from the beach of " Petit havre " and the C.Commercial of " Pliane ".

Ideal if you choose to enjoy your holiday on foot or by bike The comfortable bungalow includes an air-conditioned bedroom with a 1.60m bed, a shower room, a spacious outdoor kitchen and dining room and a rest area also outside. The accommodation is located in our garden at the front of the property.
