A BEAUTIFUL VILLA, FACING THE SEA, 50m from the BEACH

La villa Morel est située dans un quartier résidentiel sûr et silencieux, tout entouré d’une nature caribéenne splendide. Dans la villa se trouve une piscine privée accompagnée d’hamacs, d’un trampoline et d’une douche extérieure. Juste devant la piscine, il y a une très grande terrasse très bien ventilée et dans l’ombre (de 130 mètres carré) avec une salle a manger qui donne vue sur l’océan, la plage, la piscine et le jardin. Il y a trois plages qui sont très facilement accesible à pied.

La petite belle villa

Magnifique villa vue mer à 180 degrés. Plein sud, vue sur la Dominique et les Saintes. Très belle piscine carrelée entièrement sécurisée ainsi qu'un jacuzzi. Très agréable jardin tropical parfaitement ventilé par les alizés. Située dans un lotissement très calme en haut du morne à 2km au dessus de Grand Bourg, emplacement idéal pour profiter de cette île merveilleuse.
