There is a wealth of wonderful nature experiences right outside the cabin and in the surrounding mountains. If you want other experiences, Narvik is only 26 kilometres to the south. Polar Park is 29 km north. Rabben has tap water like in a caravan, and is rented out with 100 litres of water. If you need more, you can get it in jugs. Private toilet room with a separate toilet.

Sørvik

Enjoy the sea in peaceful surroundings. Short distance to hikes in forests and fields, or top hikes to one of the many peaks in Ibestad municipality. The house is located beautifully down by the sea. Good fishing just outside. The place is called Sørvik and has a few permanent residents. Ferry to Harstad, speedboat to Tromsø and bridge to the mainland towards Sjøvegan and beyond. Ibestad consists of 2 islands connected by tunnel. Jokeren in Hamnvik is open from 8 am to 8 pm on weekdays. Matkroken in Ånstad is open 24 hours, use "Coop key" app.

Velkommen til Himmelskogen – en koselig og familievennlig hytte med plass til opptil 8 gjester. Ligger ved en stor innsjø som er omkranset av store fjell. Nyt flott fjellutsikt, peiskos og roen i vakker natur. Hytta har to soverom og hems med to madrasser, Starlink-WiFi, dusj, bidé, Cinderella-toalett, strøm og innlagt vann (ikke drikkevann). Nær skiløyper, fiskevann og flotte turmuligheter året rundt. Tilgang til båt. Kjæledyr er velkomne. Parkering ca. 10 minutters gange fra hytta.

Experience the Northern Lights in Gratangen

Here you can enjoy recreation, nice walks in nature and experience the amazing Northern Lights. It is a short distance to the mountains and the shore. In the shore there is a large area and barbecue. 3 km to the nearest store in Årstein. Foldvik Brygger is 11 km away, as well as the boat museum in Gratangsbotten. It is about 40 km to Narvik, and about 35 km to the polar park.
