Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. very convenient for travel 10min from bullring 18min from bhx and nec 5 min from Star City 18 min from Dayton Manor Park with in 40min from safari Park and other attractions around West Midlanda only 2 min from m6 public transportation bustop min modern kitchen with gas stove please not no smoking 🚭 allowed inside the property as it a peaceful neighborhood no loud music it is a great place for family gatherings

The Annexe - 2 bedroom - QE, University, Cricket

The Annexe is a newly renovated, self contained suite. Attached to our house but with its’ own entrance the space has 2 comfortable bedrooms with space to work or study (with wifi). There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.
