The Orchid

'The Orchid' is a cosy, self-contained, stand alone guest space, neatly tucked away behind the main house. Inside is a fully equipped kitchen and shower room. With one double bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the lounge, The Orchid could sleep up to 4 people. Private side access through a coded gate. Fully enclosed (shared) garden, with bistro/ seating area. 10 minutes walk to the town centre.

North Yorkshire village-The Studio escape

The Studio provides a cosy, quiet escape for one or two people, in a pretty Yorkshire village with a 2 minute walk to an award winning Pub. It is self contained and benefits from it's own private entrance with key safe, off street parking, king sized bed, sofa seating and dining/work area, TV, good WiFi connection, modern shower room and access to a large garden. 15mins drive from the historic market towns of Northallerton and Richmond and close to the Dales and the Moors, Harrogate and York.

Willowgarth House

A beautiful Grade II listed country retreat sleeping up to twelve guests across three floors, Willowgarth House boasts gorgeous decor and an array of little luxuries, including a fantastic courtyard with seating area, barbecue and large hot tub. Located in the original grounds of Great Smeaton Manor, just a twelve minute drive from the popular market town of Northallerton, this hideaway is an excellent base to explore both the North Yorkshire Dales and the North York Moors National Parks.

Sleeping upto 4 people (1 king bed/2 singles + 1 double sofa bed), this is the perfect country retreat for those looking for a romantic weekend away, a bit of privacy for a local wedding, or a base to explore the North.

The Lake House

The detached Lake House is set in 11 acres. Ravensworth is an enchanting village with many of the houses dating from the 17th century. The village is defined by its green, and ancient ruined castle, only a few miles from the pretty towns of Richmond and Barnard Castle . A village pub and two wonderful farm shop cafes within walking distance. The Lake House has uninterrupted views of the lake and surrounding woodland. The Lake House can also be booked together with Willow Cottage.

Riverside Guest Annexe

Riverside guest annexe is in a secluded garden but is within 50m of Waterfall Park and Great Ayton High Green, with its shops, pubs, cafes, take-aways and Tourist Information. The annexe is attached to our house, but has its own entrance, patio, garden area and parking space. We can accommodate 2 adults comfortably, plus a third adult or up to 2 children on our pull-out and/or sofa bed. We provide bedding, towels and toiletries. No smoking or pets are permitted in the annexe.

Recently renovated and backing onto unspoilt rural views, the stables are accessed by a private drive and offer exceptional privacy. Contemporary modern comforts set in charming countryside provide the perfect setting for a peaceful and relaxing break.
