Everything was excellent with Gonza, communication was very good. The house is in very good condition, you feel at home. The furniture in the house is super comfortable, I will definitely be back.

We went for a festival that was at the Hipódromo and the location was very good. We were 6 and the house was very comfortable and in a quiet spot. Eva super attentive and ready for any questions.

Magical house and beach in the Delta, much better than what was shown in the photos. The location is perfect if you are looking for peace and to enjoy the water. Very good kitchen for those who like to cook. We'll be back for sure!

The place is beautiful and easy to get to with the boat. The accommodation is warm and comfortable, with everything you need. We had some questions during the stay and they responded quickly no matter the schedule. Really recommendable.

Claudio was super friendly and helpful as soon as I booked my stay with him! I was flying in late and he was accommodating to my late check in time. He is one of the nicest hosts I’ve had! Very much appreciate his guidance.

The house is located 5 minutes from a dock where you are crossed by a boat, it is very easy to get to. The place is beautiful in sight, the house is surrounded by plants and has many windows that allow you to see the green of the delta from all sides. Very quiet, there aren't many people in the area, so that allows you to be calm. The equipment is perfect for a weekend, we are not missing anything. Just knowing that there is no air conditioning in the living room and if it touches an extreme hot day, it's not easy to acclimatize it. If the weather is cute, the air stream leaves you super cool. I went with my girlfriend and we had a beautiful weekend!

Spectacular finde with friends. Incredible house, dock,river and its park. Beautiful place to enjoy the outdoors and pleasant comfort in the house: spacious,clean and bright. The host was great. We're definitely going back, we didn't expect something so amazing. We recommend it!!!

Lovely apartment with a great location in Palermo. Within 10 - 15 min walk you're in Soho where there are a ton of restaurants, bars and café. Apartment still is fairly quiet despite central location. We did checkin and checkout with Sergio, who was extremely friendly, helpful with organizing a ride to the airport and provided us with tips for places to visit. Stable and fast wifi!

Very conveniently located. Excellent air conditioning and a curtain that blocks out the cold from the outside. You can rest well. Excellent place... everything you need to have breakfast in the apartment

Excellent location, close to plaza de Mayo and San Telmo landmarks, several affordable breakfast cafes and empanada places. Small grocery store next door, pay by weight buffet, Walking distance to more upscale sit down restaurants. Safe neighborhood. Margarita was super friendly, responsive and even included a sube metro card on the keychain. Older building, bedding, towels, appliances, and furniture all show wear and tear but a good safe clean value place to stay in San Telmo.

The apartment has a great location, next to there is a convenience store for basic shopping. In front a coffee shop that we were recommended to try their half moons. Around Many Restaurants de Parrillas. Quadras beyond the famous statue of Mafalda. I loved the view seen from the bedroom. It is a cozy place has all the basics, according to the price. Mrs. Rosita was very kind, she always helped us with what she requested. Very grateful to Mario.

Mario's place is very centrally located, which was great! It can, however, be pretty noisy at night, but I slept with my headphones and that resolved the small issue. I didn't meet Mario, but Rosita welcomed me and was very sweet and helpful.

The monoenvironment is very nice, the terrace can take advantage of 10, Mario and Marga are excellent hosts. It is noisy at night but with earplugs or headphones that is already the only thing does not have air conditioning. We had a great stay, we would come back!
