Welcome to the Dream House, where you can leave the world behind. The cottage is located in the Barycz Valley, on the outskirts of the village, in the immediate vicinity of the stables. It invites you inside, where the windows overlook the paddocks and the forest. It helps you find peace, breathe and dream by the fireplace with a good book or on a deck chair among the rustling birches. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. In addition, there are hammocks, deckchairs, garden furniture, a fireplace and a barbecue.

Hof Sandsee, relaxation in nature

Hof Sandsee is located in the forest area Puszcza Notecka. Pine forests alternate here with the riverside views of the Warte and the rolling hills of the lake landscape. Endless forest trails invite you to hike, horseback riding, bike and carriage ride. For mushroom and blueberry collectors, it is true paradise. On the farm Sandsee, riding therapy is offered on domestic horses. The Sandsee provides an opportunity for swimming and fishing. The guest house offers you absolute peace and recreation in a fantastic environment.

Folwark Wójtostwo in Pyzdry

A farmhouse located on the outskirts of Nadwarciański's Landscape Park (the land of the water and goldfish birds) and the Pyzdr Forest (the land of “iron houses”). It is from the Middle Ages and its name: "the Wojtostwo" is historic. By 1904, it was part of the Gen. H. Dąbrowskiego. The guest house is located in an outbuilding by a manor house from the turn of the 18th/19th century. Hosts provide full information about the area. Boarding is possible. Free parking. Pets are allowed for a fee of 50 zł per night/pet.

Włókna Inn Jasna Stodoła close to nature

Włókna Inn is a modern, heated/air-conditioned, fully equipped cottage surrounded by forests and lakes. There is also a large 1000 sqm garden. On the large 70 sqm terrace there is furniture for relaxation, a tub, a barbecue, and an umbrella. The cottage is located about 160 m from Włókno Lake, and the beaches are about 700 m away. Kayak available. We follow the ALL INCLUDED principle, i.e. you pay once for everything. There are no additional fees for pets, firewood, utilities, parking, cleaning, etc.

There is a large living room with kitchen, a huge garden, a swimming pool, a playground, a pizza oven, a hot tub, a sauna from the autumn/winter season 2025) Here and You will enjoy the fresh air, evenings by the fireplace and time together with your loved ones. Peace and quiet guaranteed!Every day, except Sundays, a mobile shop arrives at the house at around 7:00 a.m., where you can buy fresh bread, vegetables, cakes and salads.

The ranch is over 11 hectares of land where you will find: · 5 ponds that feed the entire local kingdom of plants and animals, · a kingdom of plants, decorative, forest and fruit, · countless birds, · a perfect place for children to run, · huge space, clean air and soothing greenery, · a base for a joint bonfire, mushroom picking, bee watching, refreshing walks. This atmospheric place is for people looking for respite: silence and proximity to nature - lakes (direct, individual access to the lake on a wide terrace),  meadows, forests of the Tuchola Forest, as well as the possibility of active leisure (kayak, boat,  bicycles available) - will allow you to regain peace and vitality. The cottage is arranged in such a way that it allows you to find both individual spaces and a common area by the fireplace, a spacious table or on the terrace.

Latem można cieszyć się pięknym ogrodem, zimą grzać przy kominku, a cały rok tańczyć wokół ogniska albo podziwiać rozgwieżdżone niebo. Nasz domek pomieści 4 osoby, ale jeśli jest was więcej dysponujemy dwoma dodatkowymi materacami.
