The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Konopnica on the Warta River. It is surrounded by numerous forests, which contributes to the clean air. There are two outdoor recreation areas at the cottage, on the south side and very useful on hot days on the north side. Right next to the cottage there is a viewing terrace overlooking the grassy landing pad for ultralight aircraft, from which you can watch beautiful sunsets. You can also see the area from a bird's eye view. The beach by the river is a 15-minute walk away, and the other one, located behind the river, is 25 minutes away.

Modern studio with garden and parking

Welcome to a comfortable studio with a garden and free parking (parking only for passenger cars), located 2.5 km from the Poznań International Fair. The day before your arrival, please kindly inform me about your planned arrival time. The neighborhood is very quiet. The studio has underfloor heating controlled by a thermostat in the bathroom. Smoking, electronic cigarettes and open flames are not allowed in the apartment.
