A place to rest, especially for families with children. Spacious patio and views of the greenery. Available parking spot in underground garage, canal TV + premium suite with HBO. Close to the forest, hospital, stadium, and free bathing area with the beach. In the block next to Żabka, close to the market, pharmacy, bakery and playground under the apartment building itself. I love my appartement and love to share the energy of this place with others. I have many flowers which makes my home even more cosy. Appartement has probably one of the most beautiful balcony in Poznań! No matter the weather, time spending there is priceless. This special place is close to everything, making easy to plan your visit. - it is based on the third floor (four condignation), no elevator - good work out and amazing sky view - no wifi, no TV - calmness & digital detox
